WTH ? Youtube demonetized me on Aug 19th. But they never paid me out my earnings from JULY when my channel was FULLY MONETIZED . I earned that @TeamYouTube
YouTube actually did something for its creators. They will run an experiment and give creators a chance to clean up their channel before it gets terminated. However it looks like it only applies to channels who violated certain Spam Violations.

I strongly believe YouTube should introduce a similar system for YPP demonetization.
Before demonetizing a channel, please provide creators with at least 7–14 days’ advance notice via email, explaining the specific policy concerns and giving them an opportunity to fix the issues. This would allow creators to edit or remove problematic videos, update titles, thumbnails, descriptions, or make any necessary improvements before demonetization takes effect.
Instant demonetization without a reasonable opportunity to correct issues can seriously impact creators who have spent years building their channels and depend on YouTube as their primary source of income.
I would especially request YouTube to consider this protection for established channels with 100K+ subscribers.
Give creators a chance to improve before taking away their livelihood. Prevention and correction should come before punishment.
I hope @TeamYouTube considers introducing this creator-friendly policy for all eligible channels.

Hello everyone.
My YouTube Channel JLR INVESTIGATES has been demonetized. My channel has over 550,000 subs & almost 250,000 million views.
I think this is a mistake & I am now going through the process of appealing, but if I don't get monetization back, I won't be coming back to YouTube.
Sad I might have to leave a platform that has been good to me for all these years while providing a service for all of you.
Hopefully @YouTubeCreators @YouTube @TeamYouTube can make this right.
Still might stream here & maybe over at kick too.
Or maybe it's time to try new things in life. Open to suggestions.

I really wish for @TeamYouTube to finally review this piano tutorial channel that got demonetized due to misleading family content. I see a few animated characters in their videos, but as youtube's own policies mention; context matters. And their AI flagging system did not take context into consideration on this case. A human needs to look at this.

. @TeamYouTube my channel was terminated for nudity and sexual content, despite having no content of this nature . i used the channel primarily to archive my twitch streams, had no public videos other than shorts, and had never received a single community guidelines warning or strike, only one copyright notices for music when i tried livestreaming on yt directly. i’ve already requested a review and would appreciate someone looking into this, as the reason for termination does not reflect any of the content on my channel.
Looks like @instagram is seizing the moment of the mess that is going on with Youtube's demonetizations and terminations of creators. The platform started testing horizontal videos now up to 90 minutes long. Right now it js only available to some creators. What are your thoughts? Will you give it a try ? I think I will. I feel like there will be other major platforms coming out with longform features.

My lawyers sent YouTube a formal demand letter weeks ago.
They followed it with four reminders.
A few days ago they sent a final letter giving YouTube 14 days to reinstate monetization — or we will escalate it.
Let that sink in.
Zero strikes.
Zero warnings.
Zero real answers.
Just a formal legal demand, four reminders, and a final 14-day deadline — all met with silence and a copy-paste reply. (Below is a copy of one of their templated replies. It is generic as my demonetization was accused of misleading family content and youtubes legal team reply goes on about copyright issues)
I spent years building Reborn Diaries to 140,000 subscribers and over 64 million views. YouTube approved the channel for the Partner Program, then suspended monetization, withheld my earnings, and left me without that income.
I have asked for one thing:
A genuine human review of the actual evidence.
@TeamYouTube, this is beyond ridiculous.
You still have a short window to look at what happened and resolve this before it ends up in court.
Please do the right thing.
Youtube is posting about the @RockstarGTAV Game. The irony is that it will encourage creators to double down on this game but in a few months, they will get demonetized for "MISLEADING FAMILY CONTENT " . That's how inconsistent things have become on the platform. @YouTube

This article goes on about the @FTC analyzing whether youtube mislead their creators about what content they are allowed to post, only to br later terminated or demonetized.
Like I said before; transparency has become a huge issue in this termination/demonetization story. The policies on youtube's own website do not give clear directions . It's not just "scorned creators" complaining about this.

Before @YouTube terminated my channel Orbz on August 15, my Shorts were starting to pull 1–7 MILLION views each.
I applied for the YouTube Partner Program just TWO DAYS before my termination.
Imagine working so hard to reach that point, hoping to finally make money from your content and help your mom pay the bills. Then, 48 hours later, your entire channel is gone.
Over these 75 days, millions of views could have turned into thousands of dollars in potential revenue. Depending on views and Shorts RPM, 10 million monetized Shorts views alone could mean roughly $100–$1,000 or more.
I'll never know what Orbz could have earned because I never got the chance.
75 days without my channel, my work, or the opportunity I was so close to reaching.

I have been quite concerning my channel after tagging the @TeamYouTube and not getting any response from them, but seeing the longest video on my channel hit 1 million views really triggered the pain in my heart again, it’s so sad that I don’t even know why I was demonetized since 27th August, 2026, it’s really heartbreaking to see videos I have put so much efforts counting daily views and I’m not benefiting from them, @TeamYouTube please I need a human reviewer to manually check my channel and give me a honest feedback, thank you.

An automated bot decides to suspend a channel, but no human reviews it. Support can't see which video is in breach. How can we fix a generic error if the error is the bot itself? We need human criteria, not just blind automation @teamyoutube @waletirmizi @pedropino @nealmohan
