ACH's Kinship Navigator program helps grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, and other relatives access resources, support, and guidance so they can provide a safe, stable home for the children they love.
You hear the buzz? ACH is expanding! The new Granbury Family Resource Center will soon serve Parker, Palo, Pinto, Hood, Erath, and Somervell counties with Kinship Navigator, Foster Care, and Adoption programs. Stay tuned for the opening date!
