My social media experience has been an interesting experiment, but it's time for the experiment to end (for now at least). It's been fun (sometimes). Good luck to all. Here's one final picture of Gus. He was helping me rake leaves yesterday. Bye and take care, everyone. 👍😊

Another great resource by a fabulous research team that I can't wait to dive into and learn more!
Really proud of this! One piece of the 2023 IOC Update on Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). Thanks to a great Tiger Team for brainstorming a new way to progress our understanding of REDs, and to the larger team for a productive collaboration. bjsm.bmj.com/content/bjsport…

You know, in the "old days", you would do the galley proofs on a paper, and then it would usually appear in about a week. I find now, you do your galleys and it languishes for months in some publishers' queue before it sees the light of day.🤔
