Women are disproportionately affected by climate impacts due to existing social, economic, and institutional inequalities. Yet a critical gap remains between womenโ€™s participation in adaptation planning and access to adaptation finance to implement their needs. To help address this gap, the Gender Window was established under the Community Resilience Partnership Program Trust Fund. As a tagging mechanism within the Trust Fund, it identifies and recognizes projects that transfer adaptation finance directly to women. ๐Ÿ”— Learn how the Gender Window works within CRPP: adb.org/publications/gender-โ€ฆ #CRPP #GenderWindow #CommunityResilience #WomenEmpowerment #AdaptationFinance @ADB_HQ @AFD_en @FCDOGovUK @theGCF @GovIE @HuairouConnect @IIED @NDFnews
