A new video proves that the Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes has been lying about his improper
contacts with the fraudulent banker Daniel Vorcaro.
The video shows Moraes and his wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, stepping off a private jet at Rio’s Santos Dumont Airport on 22 August 2025.
The aircraft belonged to a company linked to Daniel Vorcaro, the former owner of Banco Master, which collapsed in a large financial-fraud investigation. Billions of dollars were defrauded.
Moraes, a close ally of President Lula, had previously issued a categorical denial of such flights.
After media started writing in April this year that multiple such flights had taken place, Moraes’ office stated he had “never traveled on any plane of Daniel Vorcaro.”
The new video directly contradicts that statement.
Reports cite at least eight flights by the couple on aircraft tied to Vorcaro’s companies between May and October 2025.
The broader context is the Federal Police investigation into Vorcaro and Master.
Investigators say Moraes’ wife’s law firm signed a $25 million contract with Master and negotiated a second $10 million contract with another Vorcaro company in May 2025.
Part of that second deal, according to the Federal Police, involved payment in flight hours on a jet and a helicopter.
The office denies the second contract was ever signed.
Messages recovered from Vorcaro’s phone discuss making planes and helicopters available to the couple.
When Vorcaro realized that his fraud was about to exposed, he started sending text messages to Moraes’ asking him to intervene and stop the Federal Police investigation and also asked Moraes whether it was time for him to escape the country
The video landed two weeks before the first round of the Brazilian presidential election and was immediately used by opposition candidates as evidence of an improper relationship between a sitting STF justice and a banker under investigation.
