I believe for this flow test you’re supposed to see if the circle in the middle and the pattern surrounding it are separate and how smooth it feels when you rub the surface of it. Also you can kinda tell by the back that one is more overextruded by the lack of layer lines tho this is more dependent on your bed leveling I feel. Once you see blocks that have gaps between the lines you’d can tell it’s underextruded which is bad for functional parts but not that big of a deal for nonfunctional parts. For this example the lowest calibration square was my best print so if do this test again with this value as my flow rate the lower values should be come out underextruded. However this is a newer calibration test I found in orca slicer. I’d follow @gunfuzled for printer calibration stuff since I’m still getting used to the Orca calibration suite
