We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics.
The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra.
The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.
This is insane! The ultimate interface for AI

Meta's big purchase appears to be suffering its first setbacks
- Meta invested USD 14 billion in Scale AI, but the partnership is already showing cracks.
- Meta researchers prefer to use competitor providers because of better data quality.
- Executive departures, redundancies at Scale and earlier partner terminations are weakening trust.
Two months after making a $14.3B investment in Scale AI, Meta is relying heavily on its competitors to train next generation AI models. techcrunch.com/2025/08/29/cr…

Free. Unlimited. Open source.
And highest benchmark rankings for a Deep Research Agent.
That’s the folks we need to support. Big respect.

Google DeepMind CEO tells students to brace for change
Google DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis urges students to prioritize "learning to learn" and adaptability amid rapid technological change.
He emphasizes mastering foundational knowledge over chasing trends, and encourages hands-on experimentation with open-source tools to stay ahead.
"Change will be the only constant in the next decade, Demis Hassabis told students at the University of Cambridge."
I might be the last person to think about this, but I just sent ChatGPT a screenshot of my computer specs to save to memory. This context is going to help a lot when working on different projects!
This is amazing. I love hearing these stories about emerging abilities in AI.

This is going to be a great week! Very excited to see how 4.1 improves on 4o, especially since they’ve been actively updating 4o these past few weeks. I’m thinking distilled 4.5?
And if o3 is truly improved from when it was introduced, then what will o4-mini-high do 🤯

today is one of those days!
New feature being released today by @OpenAI! Looks like it could be memory related. The personalization screen was updated in the app this morning.
GPT 4.5 is incredibly deep. I’ve had some amazing conversations with it, and I love reading others’ as well.
“When you are commanded to deny what your senses reveal, you are not merely losing truth—you are surrendering the integrity of your own mind. This final demand is the ultimate power: it asks you to erase your perception, to trade autonomy for acceptance, clarity for conformity, and reality for illusion. To yield here is to abandon yourself, becoming an echo of another’s voice rather than the author of your own existence. Defiance, then, is not rebellion; it is survival—preserving within you the final, most sacred freedom: to see and acknowledge the world as it is, not as you are commanded to believe it to be.”
