AKORA Some of you may have noticed that over the past few years I've slowly drifted away from who I used to be: a gamer, chronically online. I joined X (then Twitter) in 2014 to hang out with fellow gamers. 12 years is a long time, and there's been a lot of growth, personally and professionally. Pleb was a fun, playful name and it served me well, but it no longer feels like me. Making art has always been something I loved on the side. Now it's where I want to put my time and energy. Becoming a father of two boys has changed how I see what matters. So the next era starts now. My focus goes into expressing the emotions and flash floods that run through my skull as I float through space. As AKORA, a living expression. akora.art

Such a painful clip to watch. UGh. Very irritating to see him present the idea so confidently after what transpired over the last year. Can't believe Abstract fumbled it so hard. Almost as if they got tired of the product, the community and it's creators. Not to mention the underlying arrogance through it all.
I know most of you guys will forget about @AbstractChain extraction in few hours. but If anyone will support @LucaNetz or @pudgypenguins again then you deserve this, A liar who will extract more in the soon future.

while I continue to commission works from artists on a longer time horizon, I wanted to begin acquiring works for the permanent collection now, with the help of @jokawaharalino who will he managing the research and acquisitions for this initiative. massive thanks to her for working with me on this and can’t wait to see the curation!
I am VERY excited to be working with @lphaCentauriKid on a new collecting initiative dedicated to artists within our industry who might not get the attention they deserve. At the heart of it is something I deeply admire: ACK’s desire to give back by using collecting as a way to meaningfully support artists and direct attention toward exceptional work that may not yet be receiving the recognition it deserves. I’ll be looking across a range of disciplines, from photography and generative art, to other digital-native practices and beyond, with the aim of identifying and acquiring exceptional examples of artists’ work. It’s an incredibly generous gesture, and one rooted in the idea that collecting can be more than acquisition. It is a form of patronage, encouragement, and belief in someone’s practice. Very excited to see where this takes us.

Free mint 👇 An open edition souvenir. Slightly interactive. After two years of spending ungodly amounts of money by all parties involved the consumer chain itself was consumed. Link in comments.
