Good morning. Story coming momentairly: In an 18-page ruling issued late last night Circuit Court Judge David Frank rules that Amendment 3 is misleading and filled with political slogans & needs to be rewritten.
Florida lawmakers were hesitant to pass @GovRonDeSantis' AI bill of rights, which included regulations for the tech in K-12 classrooms

Still fighting it: Florida and the NFL are barreling toward a legal showdown over the Rooney Rule
@AGJamesUthmeier today said the NFL can go the "easy way or the hard way" amid his opposition to their diversity hiring policies
The hard way = state court
“I hope they scrap this rule. I hope they revisit it,” Uthmeier said during an event in Kissimmee. “We've given them until May 1 to provide their official response to our office and then, you know — the easy way, [or] the hard way. If we have to go the hard way, we will.”
