இளைஞர் திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் மாதம்!
21 லட்சம் தலைவர்கள்! 234 சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதிகள்! ஒரே இலக்கு: இளைஞர்களின் எதிர்காலம்!
நமது தலைவர் திரு. K. அண்ணாமலை அவர்கள், நவம்பர் மாதத்தை இளைஞர்களின் திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தலுக்கான மாதமாக அறிவித்து, அதற்கான விரிவான கொள்கை அறிக்கையையும் வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்.
தமிழக இளைஞர்களிடம் திறமைக்குக் குறைவில்லை. ஆனால் அந்தத் திறமையை வேலைவாய்ப்பாகவும், தொழில்முனைவாகவும், பொருளாதார முன்னேற்றமாகவும் மாற்றுவதற்கான வாய்ப்புகளும் வழிகாட்டுதல்களும் இன்னும் அதிகமாகத் தேவைப்படுகின்றன.
அரசாங்கம் என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கேள்வி எழுப்புவதோடு நின்றுவிடாமல், ஒரு மக்கள் இயக்கமாக நாம் என்ன செய்ய முடியும் என்பதையும் செயல்படுத்திக் காட்டுவோம்!
இந்த நவம்பர் மாதத்தில் We The Leaders இயக்கத்தின் 21 லட்சத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் ஓர் அன்பான வேண்டுகோள்.
நீங்கள் எங்கிருந்தாலும், எந்த வயதினராக இருந்தாலும், எந்தத் தொழிலில் இருந்தாலும், குறைந்தபட்சம் ஓர் இளைஞரின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்காவது பங்களிக்க முன்வாருங்கள்!
நாம் மேற்கொள்ளக்கூடிய சில எளிய முயற்சிகள்:
1. ஒரு இளைஞருக்கு வழிகாட்டுவோம்!
ஆசிரியர்கள், பேராசிரியர்கள், ஓய்வுபெற்ற அதிகாரிகள், தொழில்துறை வல்லுநர்கள் ஆகியோர் மாணவர்களுக்கு உயர்கல்வி, வேலைவாய்ப்பு, போட்டித் தேர்வுகள் மற்றும் தொழில் தேர்வு குறித்து வழிகாட்டலாம்.
2. ஒரு திறனைக் கற்றுக்கொடுப்போம்!
கணினி, செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு (AI), ஆங்கிலப் பேச்சுத்திறன், நேர்காணல் திறன், டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பம், கைவினை, விவசாயத் தொழில்நுட்பம் என நமக்குத் தெரிந்த ஒரு திறனையாவது பிறருக்குக் கற்றுக்கொடுப்போம்.
3. ஒரு வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கு வழி ஏற்படுத்துவோம்!
தொழிலதிபர்கள், வணிகர்கள், நிறுவனங்களில் பணிபுரிபவர்கள் தங்களுக்குத் தெரிந்த வேலைவாய்ப்புகள், பயிற்சிப் பணிகள், தொழில்பழகுநர் வாய்ப்புகளைத் தகுதியான இளைஞர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
4. ஒரு தொழில்முனைவோரை உருவாக்க உதவுவோம்!
சுயதொழில் தொடங்க விரும்பும் இளைஞர்கள் மற்றும் பெண்களுக்கு வணிகத் திட்டம், முதலீட்டு வழிகாட்டுதல், சந்தைப்படுத்துதல், வங்கிக் கடன் நடைமுறைகள் குறித்து உதவலாம்.
5. ஒரு கிராமத்தின் இளைஞர்களை இணைப்போம்!
கிராமப்புறங்களில் உள்ள இளைஞர்களுக்கு அருகிலுள்ள ITI, பாலிடெக்னிக், திறன் பயிற்சி மையங்கள் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் குறித்த தகவல்களைச் சேகரித்துப் பகிரலாம்.
6. ஒரு கல்லூரியில் திறன் மேம்பாட்டு நிகழ்ச்சி நடத்துவோம்!
கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள், முன்னாள் மாணவர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் இணைந்து தொழில்துறை வல்லுநர்களின் வழிகாட்டுதல், Resume தயாரித்தல், Mock Interview, AI பயிற்சி, தொழில்முனைவோர் கலந்துரையாடல் போன்ற நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்தலாம்.
7. ஓர் இளைஞரின் கனவுக்கு ஆதரவளிப்போம்!
விளையாட்டு, கலை, அறிவியல், புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்பு என எந்தத் துறையில் திறமை இருந்தாலும், வாய்ப்புகள் இல்லாமல் தவிக்கும் இளைஞர்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு, உரிய பயிற்சியாளர்கள் அல்லது அமைப்புகளுடன் இணைக்க உதவுவோம்.
8. இளைஞர்களின் குரலைக் கேட்போம்!
ஒவ்வொரு பகுதியிலும் இளைஞர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் கல்வி, திறன் பயிற்சி, வேலைவாய்ப்பு சார்ந்த பிரச்சினைகளை அவர்களிடமே கேட்டறிந்து, அவற்றுக்கான நடைமுறைத் தீர்வுகளைப் பரிந்துரைப்போம்.
நமது 234 சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதிகளிலும் குறைந்தபட்சம் ஒரு பயனுள்ள திறன் மேம்பாட்டு நிகழ்ச்சியாவது நடைபெற வேண்டும் என்பது நமது முயற்சியாக இருக்கட்டும்.
பெரிய மேடைகள் தேவையில்லை. பெரும் செலவுகள் தேவையில்லை.
ஐந்து இளைஞர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டும் ஒரு சிறிய சந்திப்புகூட ஒரு நல்ல தொடக்கம்தான்!
இந்த மாதம் முழுவதும் நமது உறுப்பினர்கள் மேற்கொள்ளும் செயல்பாடுகளை We The Leaders செயலியில் பதிவு செய்து, அதன் மூலம் எத்தனை இளைஞர்கள் பயனடைந்தார்கள் என்பதையும் அறிந்துகொள்வோம்.
நவம்பர் இறுதியில் எத்தனை கூட்டங்கள் நடத்தினோம் என்பதைவிட, எத்தனை இளைஞர்களுக்கு ஒரு புதிய வாய்ப்பை உருவாக்கினோம் என்பதே நமது வெற்றியின் அளவுகோலாக இருக்கட்டும்!
நாம் அரசியலைப் பற்றிப் பேசுபவர்கள் மட்டுமல்ல. சமூகத்தில் மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்க முன்வரும் தலைவர்கள் என்பதைச் செயலால் நிரூபிப்போம்.
மாறுவோம்! மாற்றுவோம்!
மாற்றம் நம்மிடமிருந்து தொடங்கட்டும்!

Tamil Nadu’s GST collection performance over the last 6 months raises serious questions about our state's economy, the government’s fiscal priorities, and the incumbent TVK Govt’s ability to generate sustainable revenue. The only relief is that GST revenues finally showed signs of growth in October, though it was still in single digits.
What makes the single-digit growth, following several months of degrowth, even more concerning is that the recovery appears far from adequate. This comes despite the festive season in Tamil Nadu, extended school holidays, and a significant increase in tourist inflows and associated economic activity.
Please do not cite post-settlement revenue growth as an argument, because we are comparing GST revenues from last year and the current year, and IGST settlement was not introduced recently. States like Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Haryana, with economic activity equal to Tamil Nadu, continue to show strong GST growth.
The TVK Government needs to be aware of this and take measures to augment the State’s GST revenues, starting with monitoring the Government’s capital expenditure across all departments. There is a general feeling that capital expenditure across many State departments has slowed over the past 6 months. This breaks the circular economy that the government’s capital expenditure generally creates.
Tamil Nadu ranks first in the country, accounting for 15.43% of India's total factories. However, when assessed in terms of Gross Value Added (GVA), its contribution stands at 10.26%, placing it third nationally. A decade and a half ago, Tamil Nadu’s share of the national manufacturing GVA stood at 10.3%. Remarkably, it appears to have remained largely stagnant since then, while states that once trailed Tamil Nadu are steadily narrowing the gap.
We’ve spoken about this earlier, and we are saying this again. Tamil Nadu’s Regional imbalance reports generated by the State Planning Commission will not automatically solve the State's problems. They only indicate where our State stands. Many districts in Tamil Nadu need the government’s attention, intervention, and special programmes to boost economic activity.
The top-ranking student needs attention, but the students at the bottom of the list need it most. The sooner the Tamil Nadu Government realises this, the better.

For the second consecutive year, I returned to Goa to take on the Ironman 70.3 challenge. I am glad to have crossed the finish line once again.
There were moments when excruciating pain and relentless cramps made every step an uphill battle. Crossing the finish line made every bit of the struggle worthwhile.
The journey continues to make me a better version of myself!
Heartiest congratulations to all participants who took up the challenge this year, and a special shout-out to the volunteers of this world-class organisation, Ironman 70.3 Goa, for making the event memorable.
