This evening on my 5km cycle to Brownies I was pulled over on a blue light by two @metpoliceuk officers.
The reason?
I wasn't cycling very 'courteously' (his words)...

While cycling has always been my exercise of choice, I have taken a break to train for the London marathon as part of a 10 person costume.
