For millions of American families, rent is an unavoidable predatory and systemic tax on the unestablished or on those whose parents can't gift them a large downpayment.
Opendoor’s job is simple: end this tax.

$MU seems to be the BEST risk/reward on my entire watchlist right now
Down 11% in 5 days…broke below $1,000 psychological
But it just reported GREAT earnings not long ago
P/E of 13.7 (cheapest AI name by miles)
EPS of $74
Consensus target: $1,626 as per TikRanks (+70% upside)
The China CXMT fear is real but overblown
$MU has scale and tech lead that takes years to replicate
This is your classic buy-fear setup

Micron has been reasonable regarding future memory prices, while others have been extortionate, which is something today’s customers won’t forget …
Micron is making is the smart move for long-term customer loyalty.
Unpopular opinion:
Guinness is by far and away the tastiest of beers. And @finkd is the GOAT of entrepreneurs - no different than @elonmusk
Unpopular opinion; No one - literally not a soul - actually enjoys the taste of beer. Not a single human. Those who claim to enjoy beer, don’t actually. It’s really just a social ritual, a form of self deception… the impact of decades of stacked marketing to convince you that beer is anything but an alcohol delivery mechanism. You can enjoy getting sloshed. You can enjoy the social liberation that alcohol offers. You can enjoy the party. But don’t act like you actually like the taste of beer. You don’t. You might think you do. But you don’t. Because it tastes like it looks: bitter dehydrated piss, with bubbles. In the case of Guinness, like diarrhea, with bubbles. And you know it.

Currently on a group call with the Macquarie analyst that just initiated coverage on $CXMT
I’ll post my notes in a little bit.
Will say this… if you’re selling the big 3 memory companies because the financial media says $CXMT is a threat… then you’re just as dumb as the journalists spreading this FUD.
$CXMT is not a threat to Micron, Samsung or SK Hynix and I’ll share why in my notes.
Jevons Paradox @elonmusk?
These agentic models and new stuff from @bot and @finkd at @muse are memory hogs for the next decade. That plus the physical AI world…
Elon Musk just replied to my post about China's CXMT and the memory industry. 😱😱😱
I was explaining why I think today's sell off in memory stocks is an overreaction, especially considering how much memory demand is expected to grow over the next several years.
Elon brought up a good point about China's ability to scale manufacturing extremely quickly once it figures out the technology, using solar panels and lithium batteries as examples.
He also pointed out that while conventional DRAM could face more competition from China, advanced HBM architectures will be much harder to replicate.
My argument is that even with additional Chinese supply coming online, AI demand is growing so quickly that I don't see the memory shortage going away anytime soon.
Pretty surreal seeing Elon jump into the discussion.

I remember when Shopify was down 80% in 11 months. I remember what we did then to work on the product and the company. I don't optimize my life for fun. I optimize for being of service to a mission and doing hard and valuable things.
News for Six Flags only getting worse...

So sad and praying for the family of the one lost.
Long the memory player here - essential for chips $MU
No one has the capacity to build how they do.
Nvidia - making chips
Google - making chips
Meta - making chips
Microsoft - making chips
Amazon - making chips
OpenAI - making chips
Anthropic - making chips
Alibaba - making chips
Everyone’s pushing to vertically integrate chip design to reduce reliance on Nvidia. Customers are working to become competitors. Most aren’t immediate threats yet, but they’re all moving quick
Only makes sense for Jensen to compete back

- Nvidia at $1.2T: $61B revenue
- Micron at $1.2T: $133B revenue, 81% margins
One of these went to $5.6T.
The other one is next.
$MU passes $NVDA when?
EXCLUSIVE: Micron ($MU) could hit $3,000 within 24 months, according to World Trade Securities CEO Nicholas Mugalli (@RealNickMugalli).
He says the math is “pretty simple”: $200 in FY28 EPS at a 15x multiple, implying roughly 190% upside.
