We have identified delays to the @mastodonapp service which is impacting content processing. Support are working to increase the capacity to cope with this demand.

We have identified and resolved a bug in our VPS Order forms which had been preventing some users from placing orders on our site.
We believe this was caused by a previous update to our billing panel, and apologies for any inconvenience this has caused users.

We are currently rolling out major updates to our status page service. At the moment our historic data is not available on the new site. We're actively working to get the new site looking 100% for you.

We are aware of a major outage impacting all of our web services including our Status Page Services. We will update you when service has been restored. This is impacting our Status Page, Superior Networks Site, TotalFreedom Site and CalderaMS Site.
