Hurricane Isaias Update: We know staying connected matters, and we’ll continue sharing updates as restoration work moves forward. Our teams are making strong progress in the hardest-hit areas, with restoration improving 80% over the past 24 hours as additional crews work to restore service. Despite the storm’s initial impacts, our wireless network is operating at more than 99% of normal in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi, and normally in Georgia and Louisiana. To help more people stay connected, we’re also allowing customers of other carriers to roam on our network in certain hard-hit areas.

Hurricane Isaias Update: We’re here to help our Pensacola neighbors. 💙 Today, 10/11, one of our Community Response Trucks is at 2065 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504 to support the mayor’s community assistance initiative.

We’re here to support communities affected by Hurricane Isaias. Since the storm made landfall last night, some customers—primarily in parts of Florida and Alabama—have experienced wireless service disruptions. As conditions allow, our teams are working quickly and safely to reach affected areas, assess damage and restore service. 🧵
