disgusted to have 2 wait over 2months for a response from @TUIGroup 2 get back 2 me
I’m disgusted with their standard of customer service
I will NEVER use @TUIUK @FCHolidayCares again! After a problem with my hols I complained n all I got back was “sorry you felt disappointed”
I’m still waiting for @FCHolidayCares to get back to me! So much for customer care! I definitely don’t feel valued and cared for! #terrible
Im incredibly disappointed in @FirstChoiceUK and the service I’ve received. 5 weeks and waiting their customer service team toget back to me
I’m astonished at the level of customer service I’ve received from the @TUIGroup - totally unacceptable not heard from them in over 5 weeks!
