A fantastic case by @nairajesh from @GSTTnhs, who expertly removed a giant ureteric fibroepithelial polyp robotically at @CILR2026 in #Rome.
A calm and elegant reconstructive case to bring an incredible #CILR2026 meeting to a close.
Rome has been a wonderful host (for me and most importantly my daughter) and we’ll all be looking forward to returning for #CILR2027
A very strong start to @CILR2026 in #Rome with RAPN by @minerviniandre, who boldly and successfully rotated the right kidney upside down, providing exceptional exposure and access to the tumour.

Surgery is a "wicked" environment: feedback is delayed, noisy, and often biased. My essay on why experience doesn't always equal mastery, and how to learn when the feedback loops are broken.

Thanks to @leejisub2 where I spent an amazing 6 months of my life ... You are the best ...
Closed doors were never the end—they were redirections. Loss is not a failure; it’s the cost of growth.
Happy 2026, everyone! Proud to end 2025 with a strong surgical record and hoping to do more in 2026.
Huge gratitude to @drboss_urology and @snuh_official 🙏
