Going live with Jack, Brien and Lemz chatting about the latest updates on SN25

Part of me thinks we're back... Part of me thinks this is set up for the classic: let's get everyone hyped and pumped up before liquidating the fuck out of them… Let's hope for the former. 👀👀 bittensor:native

When Ditto wins, Bittensor wins.
Money flows through Ditto into the network two ways, and we plan to add more of both as we grow.

You're switching between three agents to finish one task. Each one starts from nothing.
So you become the memory. You re-explain the project, the stack, what you decided last Tuesday. Then you open the next tool and do it again.
Every lab is building memory right now. All of it locks to their own product. Memory is what keeps you.
Ditto doesn't lock. One context under Claude, Codex, Cursor, whatever you move to next. Your own key, any model.
@MarkJeffrey swapped OpenClaw for Hermes and lost nothing.
Here @DavidSacks talks about 'model fungibility' -- but says "well what about memory? history?"
This is what @heydittoai subnet 118 has solved.
In fact, Ditto is how I hotswapped my OpenClaw for Hermes agent.
I 'model funged' as Sacks describes. cc @jason

Agents that don't lose context between conversations. That actually remember what you told them three months ago.
This is the infrastructure piece most teams are still fumbling with. @heydittoai is building it properly.
Get on the list.
Highly recommend checking out taoflute.com @TAOTemplar ... great way to get a view on the most productive subnets in the bittensor:native ecosystem. @heydittoai @LeadpoetAI @urnetwork leading the way over the past few weeks 👀👀💪

We would like to share that on August 15, the Minotaur team perpetually locked 100k SN112 alpha in Conviction, currently worth over $40,000.
As we mentioned in our recent update, we are not leaving Bittensor.
Development continues, miner contributions continue, and we will remain active builders and contributors to this ecosystem.
This is a small way of making that commitment visible.
Everything we are building at Minotaur is aligned with Bittensor’s long-term vision: open competition, miner-driven execution, and better on-chain outcomes through intents.
Conviction makes commitment provable on-chain, making the lock available for anyone to verify.

Count-down to mainnet launch is ticking! 🚀
SN111 will be one of the most attractive, low entry-barrier subnets for miners. We see the excitement building on our Discord and Testnet 530.
One of our testnet miners already outperforms our own pipeline...

Been reading into UR (SN25)... Quick breakdown of the token side, because I think it's smart.
Operators are the ones buying access to the network. To do that they lock up alpha, and that alpha is locked for good. It doesn't get paid back out to anyone. Miners get paid separately, from emission...
The more the network gets used, the more alpha that gets pulled out of supply permanently.
Still need to see the user numbers stand up (which look wildly impressive). But the mechanics are the part I'm impressed by.
Pretty pumped about this launch. Feel like it’s a huge win for bittensor:native and the ecosystem, attracting an already established, decentralized product with hundreds of thousands of users. First of many!

DittoBench v10 is here.
New: state-dependent routing, computed memory, deep-history recall, and model-backed tool calls that must actually execute.
Less shortcutting. More real agent behavior.
Miners: update your harness and start submitting. 🧠⚡
👀👀😂😂
'Bittensor guy at the party' will be the new meme.
Like bitcoin but on Bittensor where he's there telling the ladies that he's mining subnets on a decentralized machine learning network that incentivizes the best digital commodities and that he's basically a first mover to the truest form of capitalism ever known to man.

Clarifying our leadership structure at Ditto:
I've seen the conversations happening around Ditto's leadership this week, and I want to address them directly. I hear your concerns, and I owe you clarity.
Omar and I founded Omni Aura five years ago, and we remain committed to delivering on our vision for Ditto.
We built Ditto from the ground up together with our team. We own Ditto. We are Ditto.
To be clear about how we operate day to day:
I lead product design and development, company strategy, and executive decision-making. I am also the public face and voice of Ditto across all channels. The direction of Ditto is set by our leadership team, and I remain the final decision-maker.
Seby works with Ditto through BigTensor, our external distribution partner. His focus is helping grow Ditto's user base behind the scenes. BigTensor supports distribution. It does not direct Ditto's product, development, strategy, or executive decisions.
That distinction matters: Seby and BigTensor work on behalf of Ditto. Omar, our team, and I lead and build Ditto.
I'm proud of what we've built and grateful for a community that cares enough to ask hard questions. We'll keep showing up, building, and earning your trust every day.

BUYBACK ALERT: On the Bigtensor Weekly Recap @peytonspencer announced our first buyback.
15 TAO which was generated by miner registrations will be used to buy back Ditto Alpha, on market.
This week we added new conviction locks as well as our first buyback. And we're not done!
I'm so obsessed with the @bittensor model, where competing for prizes is vetted by validators... open source, OPEN COMPETITION, is the future!
Please explain to me how you're using this stuff fam
"I hot-swapped from Claw to Hermes. No problem whatsoever.”
On the latest Novelty Search, @heydittoai explains how Ditto gives AI agents a shared memory layer, letting users move between agents without losing the knowledge and context they have built up.
SN118 turns that product problem into a live competition: miners improve how agents store and retrieve memory, with every submission tested against a newly generated synthetic user.

Would NOT be surprised if we wake up to news tomorrow that NVIDIA has bought $TAO.
AI SOVEREIGNTY IS EVERYTHING!
It should be obvious to everyone that frontier model companies are going to CONTINUE to compete with their largest customers
Claude and ChatGPT have already taken on their own customers from Cursor, 11labs and Figma and countless other smaller startups
DO NOT TRUST THEM
The only way to avoid this is for startups to use open source and not give any money, data or knowledge to these partners immediately!
This also means that OpenAI and Anthropic will be losing MANY their top customers over the next year
That’s a significant headwind against their profits and customer base.
AI SOVEREIGNTY IS EVERYTHING!
Replying to @theallinpod
I'm with @jason on the effects of open source AI on Anthropic and OpenAI -- it's big.
Surprised he said it so strongly -- but I'm on the same page.
This sudden shift is a big, big deal.
