Been a minute since my last full interview. This oneโ€™s worth it. Remember the good old days when Celsius blew up and BitBoy was all over it? Everyone wanted to know where the yield came from. Kevin answers it in 60 seconds. See you at 7am PT.
Can you earn rental income from a hotel with $100? Kevin Goos, founder of @PropbaseApp, breaks down how tokenized real estate actually works, where the yield comes from, and why most RWA projects failed while his kept building. Full interview premieres today, 7am PT. Set a reminder ๐Ÿ‘‡

This is my main account, @ActionCEO. Search banned on X for about a year. Watch what happens when I try to appeal ๐Ÿ‘‡ The appeal form says I'm not suspended, then the app errors out. There's no way to appeal a search ban or shadowban. If you've gotten a restriction lifted, who did you reach? @XSupport
So a Friend in the space is having some issues reaching out to X appeals. Apparently making a reference to Grok/XAI being able to make certain kinds of content. Apparently the powers that be didn't like being highlighted in a way that could be seen negatively. He didn't share how to, he didn't provide direction, he merely made it known that people could do this and that its dangerous. This was a year ago, search banned and unable to reach support. No assistance, no help, screaming out to the ether to get back onto the search bar. If anyone has a line into support or a direct contact where he can actually be heard, hmu?

AI can give you more answers. That doesn't automatically make you smarter. Better tools help. Judgment still matters.

That 14% dividend isn't the same thing as a guaranteed 14% return. If the share price moves, the yield changes too. Big dividend numbers look great in a headline. Total return is what actually matters.

I used to think Gemini was terrible. It doesn't suck anymore ๐Ÿ˜‚ Google kept improving it, and integrations like Meet are starting to make it genuinely useful.

Google keeps pushing quantum computing forward, and every breakthrough brings the same question back: What does this mean for Bitcoin? Quantum progress is real. "Bitcoin is broken tomorrow" is not.

That's not AI. That's not CGI. Tesla showed a Roadster prototype getting airborne with compressed-air thrusters. I was not expecting "flying car" to become a 2026 conversation.

Creator fund will always be a joke as long as this kind of content is rewarded on X. Stop posting garbage! If you're a so called "journalist" fact check and do some real research.

If AI makes us dramatically more productive but somehow we end up working even more, we missed the point. We're human. Some days you don't have every answer. I'd rather use AI to create more space for people, not just squeeze more output out of them.

One of my favorite things about AI is still the simplest one. Kill the busywork. Reports, summaries, repetitive analysis, all the stuff that eats hours without actually moving the business forward. Give people more time to think and build.

The AI race isn't only about who has the best model anymore. It's also about who can finance the compute, chips and infrastructure needed to keep scaling. When the checks start reaching tens of billions, the capital structure becomes part of the AI story too.

When people close to AI research start talking like the timelines are compressing, I pay attention. The interesting part isn't the phrase "bunker mode." It's how quickly expectations around what these models can do keep changing. A lot of plans may need to move faster than people think.

OpenAI's revenue story got messy fast. One set of numbers points to a huge gap. Another points to a much bigger annualized run rate. This is why I keep saying the AI narrative can move faster than the accounting. Watch the numbers, not just the headlines.

The security problem people arenโ€™t paying enough attention to is speed. AI can probe, react, and move faster than a human security team. So the answer probably isnโ€™t โ€œhire more people to stare at dashboards.โ€ Defense has to get faster too. A lot of AI security is going to become automated whether companies are ready or not.

If offense is using AI, defense probably has to use the same class of technology. You canโ€™t defend a network at machine speed with a human clicking through alerts one by one. That gap only gets worse as agents get faster. Cybersecurity is about to get a lot more automated.
