The trouble with his analysis is that he didn't look up the rate for young people today. Under-25 householder home ownership rate today is 23.7%, 2.4 percentage points above the quoted 1980 figure. Young Americans who aren't living with parents are more likely to own a home now than in 1980.

It's quite astounding how many people are ready to give up and give in by not voting because things didn't turn out the way they wanted it to.
He's been in office less than 2 years. Isn't it possible he prevented something worse by holding Iran accountable?
I keep thinking about Washington leading 2,400 cold, exhausted, hungry troops across the ice-choked Delaware in the dead of night. Where are those men today? I know some of them are here on X, but we have far too many quitters.

He really tried to make it work. I felt so bad for him. He finally acknowledged that it was over when he came home from work one night and she had taken his entire wardrobe--suits, jeans, underwear, socks, you name it--and methodically cut each item in half with a scissors and then she laid out the remnants on their bed.
It must have taken her hours.
Her name was not "Thomas Massie," but it should have been.

Rashida Talib is knowingly inciting violence against federal law enforcement officers. She should be held to account & charged.
On September 20, ICE officers attempted a stop of a vehicle registered to a known criminal illegal alien with multiple alcohol related driving offenses who is also wanted in Guatemala for a drunk and disorderly charge, during a targeted enforcement operation in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
As officers attempted the stop to confirm the identity of the driver, the driver of the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. In the interest of public safety, ICE officers immediately discontinued the enforcement action. A short time later, officers saw smoke nearly half a mile from the attempted stop and discovered the vehicle had crashed into a tree and caught fire. Officers immediately attempted to render aid and extinguish the fire until the Grand Rapids Police Department and Fire Department arrived. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene by local officials. Officials also estimated that the suspect’s vehicle was traveling well over 100 miles per hour when the crash occurred.
Upon further investigation the driver of the vehicle was Mario David Coronado-Juarez and not the vehicle’s registered owner. Coronado-Juarez was an illegal alien from Guatemala who was previously removed by Border Patrol from the United States in 2021. He re-entered the country, a felony, at an unknown date and location.
Resisting officers and evading arrest is dangerous for our officers, illegal aliens, and the public.

I worked with @VivekGRamaswamy on the Trump 47 Transition. I don't agree with him about everything and he's made some mistakes, especially on immigration issues, but I certainly still support his run for Ohio Governor. If he's not elected, I fear potential disaster for Ohio across the full mine-run of issues.
I also support much of the work of @DineshDSouza, even though my views do not align 100% with him either. People seem to have short memories. Dinesh did such pioneering -- and I seem to remember record-breaking -- documentary work exposing Barack Hussein Obama at a critical time. For that alone he deserves a mild form of political canonization.
I'm also a fan of his daughter, @MrsDanielleGill and even more so of her firebrand husband @realBrandonGill.
I think this concept of a "Woke Right" is a false parallelism that doesn't really exist, which is not to say there aren't some racist people out there. There clearly are. But I'm seeing too many of my allies smeared as racist who are not racist at all. The nuclear family I lead is multi-racial. So I simply won't stand for the smearing and the potential splash-back/sloshing around tarring everyone-in-sight effect of this kind of loose set of politically flailing attacks.
It seems like it's all an attempt to get at @VP and encumber his future presidential run in 2028. Nor can VP Vance be inaccurately smeared as racist either, as his wife @SLOTUS is an Indian American.
To be clear: My political enemies are the Communists, the Democrat Socialists, the economic Marxists, and cultural Marxists, and the so-called "Progressives." While my mere political rivals are the ordinary Democrats who do not overlap with the prior 5 categories, though that group of Democrats is increasingly a beleaguered minority in that party.
Losing this focus (and that careful framing) during the run up to these critical Midterm elections is to miss the mark significantly as to what the challenges of this hour in America.
