Lots of coverage today of Max Stafford-Clark’s new book, most of which repeats his claim that his sexual harassment of female colleagues was due to disinhibition following a stroke in 2006. Which is why this 2017 piece by the fearless @TracyAnnO matters theguardian.com/commentisfre…
I wrote this in solidarity with the young women accused of being ‘snowflakes’. Max Stafford-Clark pestered me for sex long before his stroke | Tracy Ann Oberman theguardian.com/commentisfre…

Wonderful Emma made everything simple and easy. Curse myself I didn’t say on @GMB (right handle?!) that she and the family have kept me going and home is heaven thanks to her.
Covid and/or intensive care can be seriously debilitating . I contracted it when there were no restrictions. Why return to that situation when the risk of death and debilitating conditions will be increased?

Can’t tell you how happy this makes us feel. It’s been a tough week reading about all the worries for our beloved industry and what it means for us all. Pictures like this give me hope and make me thankful that our skills have been useful for all the real superhero’s in the NHS.
🌈❤🌈 Beautiful scrubs made by @SBowern and her team @E_N_O modelled by the beautiful people at Ealing Hospital @sekh_c 🌈❤🌈
