Muslim Americans practice their faith, serve in the military, and contribute every day as doctors, small business owners, and pillars of their communities. For government officials to speak this way about a Muslim candidate is offensive and hurtful - not just to @AbdulElSayed, but to millions of Americans and to Muslim service members who've fought and died for America. This type of hateful rhetoric from Ted Cruz, RFK Jr., and the President is absolutely unacceptable.
Sen. @tedcruz (R-TX) says that if U.S. Sen. candidate Abdul El-Sayed (D-MI) is elected into the Senate and is placed in the Senate Intelligence Committee, "there is a very real risk that Americans will die as a result."

If ANYTHING epitomizes the absurdity of this administration, its having a guy kicked out of your own rally for wearing an America First hat WHILE you're preaching to the audience that you're all about being "America First."
You can NOT make this stuff up.

Imagine if a sitting Republican senator said voters should reject Jon Ossoff or Josh Shapiro because they reject Jesus. That would be a big story. This won't be because Islamophobia from powerful Republicans is simply the norm. It's why there's no comparison between the level of Islamophobia and the level of antisemitism in America today. Only one is actively promoted by the state. peterbeinart.substack.com/p/…

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Settlers BEAT activists in the occupied West Bank as police watched
Video from Umm al-Khair in the southern Hebron Hills shows settlers repeatedly punching Andrey X as he screams.
He’s documented these attacks for YEARS, but was still grabbed and held until he lost consciousness.
He was denied hospital treatment and taken to a police station instead.
Those filming the violence become targets themselves, and the goal is to make sure no one records what happens next.

RFK Jr.'s a disgusting racist. We all know that.
But as Anti-Arab and Islamophobic hate rises, and as this vile rhetoric puts people in danger, we must all speak out louder than the hate. We will not let these fascists win.
US Secretary of Health Robert F Kennedy Jr. has said that Arabs don’t produce science or literature, or win Nobel prizes.
RFK Jr.’s remarks, which were made during a Republican rally, have been widely condemned as factually incorrect and racially biased.

Hi @JDVance what “attachment” to this land do your Indian immigrant in-laws Radhakrishna Chilukuri and Lakshmi Chilukuri have please? And do you say this racist stuff to their faces or just save it for mainly-white MAGA rallies?
Vance on El-Sayed: We have to understand what happens when our nation gives into these kinds of people with zero attachment to its land or to its history.
What we saw in France, the hatred, the ingratitude, the desire to destroy rather than a desire to build, that exact same cancer that has corrupted El-Sayed.

My comments on the triumph of Arab science and their contribution to preserving Aristotle, Ptolemy, Euclid, Pythagoras, Archimedes, during the dark ages, until it transitioned 500 years later to Copernicus, Galileo, Tycho Brah, Kepler, Vesalius, da Vinci, Gilbert. Without the great centers of Arab science in Baghdad, Cordoba, Cairo, all would have been lost. There would be no SpaceX, Anthropic, Meta, or at least not for another 500 years. You can take that to the bank

Wow!
Canadian journalist asks Moshe Feiglin, a former Likud Member of Knesset, if he is concerned about Israel's plummeting global standing.
Feiglin's response is chilling, as it reveals the fundamental supremacist view he and many in Israel hold.
He says that the real moral supreme court is in Israel, ie with the people of Israel.
The Bible says, he explains, that those who bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed. As a result, it's we - Israelis - who get to judge you, rather than you judging us.
And then he adds?
"Are you with the children of God or not?"

Lemme break it down for y’all.
A new Middle East order around Palestine, without the Palestinians.
Gulf royals, Trump’s son-in-law, mercenaries, billions in investment money, and Israel all playing their part in the same regional power game.
But here’s the bit that gets me as a Palestinian: everyone’s negotiating Israel’s security, Gulf interests and Washington’s ambitions. So who the hell is negotiating Palestinian rights and self determination? No one…

Israeli-American brothers sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for serial sex trafficking
——
Alon, Oren, and Tal Alexander—three brothers from a prominent Israeli-American family who once dominated high-society real estate and security circles in New York and Miami—were each sentenced to 30 years in federal prison on Tuesday for sex trafficking, conspiracy, and multiple counts of sexual abuse.
Presiding US District Judge Valerie Caproni delivered the sentences in a Manhattan courtroom following an emotional, hours-long hearing where more than a dozen survivors delivered harrowing impact statements detailing years of systemic abuse.
During the five-week trial, federal prosecutors laid out evidence demonstrating how the brothers exploited their immense wealth, high social status, and Israeli-American background ties to lure women to luxury properties—including estates in the Hamptons and international locations such as Tel Aviv—before drugging and violently assaulting them while incapacitated.
While Tal and Oren operated elite luxury real estate brokerages, their twin brother Alon worked as an executive at their family’s security firm, utilizing their network to shield their predatory conduct.
Judge Caproni firmly rejected the defendants' late assertions of innocence and unconvincing appeals for mercy, describing their actions as "monstrous" and likening them to "sadistic, misogynistic sexual predators."
The landmark sentencing marks a dramatic downfall for the brothers, who maintained their defiant stance even as victims confronted them directly in court. Federal prosecutors had pushed for life sentences, citing the profound psychological trauma inflicted upon more than 70 victims who came forward to investigators.
