Alfie, my Son that many of you will know, is raising money this month for Movember.
In order to raise as much money as they can, on the 20th November they will all be running 24 miles together- done as 1 mile, every hour, for 24 hours.

Just a quick reminder King Charles inherited £650m tax free, gets £350 million a year tax free from the tax payer and has an estate worth £22 billion that’s never taxed. But he still can’t pay for his own coronation.
£250 million of our money will be spent on the coronation for a man who was best friends with Jimmy Saville
What about all the homeless on the streets? What about more food banks for family’s that can’t afford to eat right now?
Abolish the Monarchy we don’t have no need for them scumbags.
Not my king 🖕
Top job by everyone at @UKPMR today. @AronTaylorSmith @andrew_watson11 & @MikeyDoble all did brilliantly on their first proper day in their new motors.
Saturday night debrief with the star of the day ✨️
Here's @andrew_watson11's qualifying, in his own words 🗣

In the same way this is criminal to damage someone’s property, as they’ll get away with this, I hope likewise someone gets away with pushing them over in the milk and screaming “no point crying over spilled milk!”
Milk Pours are currently happening across the UK. All are concerned individuals calling on the government to give us a livable future, a #PlantBasedFuture
Here's the latest milk pour happening in Edinburgh @waitrose
