Some win that. We started really well, got our goal but then injuries to Fin & Macca changed the momentum but second half we couldn’t have asked for more. A real team performance from the whole squad. 5 different goalscorers, clean sheet and the willingness at the end to throw our bodies on the line to keep a clean sheet was immense. Proud of everyone today.

Get a message Thursday, pitch isn’t great, doesn’t stop raining for 2 days, game abandoned after 30mins. Cheers 👍. League needs to sort out rules on costs for these games over a certain distance and time taken.

Congratulations to Billericay Town Manager @danscopes6 who has been named the @NL_Enterprise South Manager for the Month of September. League victories over @cheshamutdfc, @braintreetownfc, and @TUFC1899, and draws against @DorkingWDRS and @MUFCYorkRoad meant that Billericay Town were unbeaten in the league, and climbed up the table and into the playoff places. Well done Danny. This award is thoroughly deserved for all your hard work, along with your backroom management team. 📸Photo (C) Nicky Hayes @nickyhayesphoto
