To give us a clear goal we can organize around, let's remove Flock and ALPR cameras from the five most populous cities in each state.
FLORIDA
Focus on removing Flock from the five largest cities in Florida
Send this to a friend who lives in or near one of these cities.
Contact organizations in your nearby city to get involved.
The five largest cities in Florida are:
Jacksonville
Miami
Tampa
Orlando
St. Petersburg
Total population: 2,530,918
Resources and summary per city:
Jacksonville — 1,032,601
Not Flock-free. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office discontinued license-plate reader use throughout Duval County, which is the consolidated city-county police force. Nearby Jacksonville Beach separately said it would keep using Flock where it is still legal.

Miami — 478,799
Not Flock-free. The Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office suspended its entire LPR program, which is the biggest county system. The City of Miami Police did not report ending all use; it had a Flock data-access agreement. Other Miami-Dade cities, including Miami Beach, pushed to keep local cameras.

Tampa — 412,684
Still using them, minus state roads. Tampa and Hillsborough were reported as keeping local programs after the FDOT order. Tampa Police pulled readers off state rights-of-way, not shutting down the city system.

Orlando — 340,681
Still using them locally, as far as public reports go. Orange County’s sheriff said it would keep ALPRs where permitted. No confirmed Orlando Police citywide shutdown.

St. Petersburg — 266,153
Not Flock-free. The city removed or deactivated cameras only on state property and sent the rest of the Flock contract to council for review. No citywide end was announced.

You can shop online without giving away your real name, phone number, home address, or card details. It's easier than you think. Here's how it works in action, using email aliases, VoIP numbers, PMBs, and masked cards.

The Institute for Justice's dedicated list of Flock-related romantic-stalking cases showed *at least* 67 incidents as of early September 2026.
These are the cases we know about.
With millions of searches conducted every month, the real number could easily be in the thousands or even tens of thousands.

They are attempting to paint anyone who is Anti-Flock as Antifa, DSA, etc again.
Conservatives, Libertarians, and everyone else needs to get loud now.
Email or hell give them a call.
Tell them no Axon, No Flock, No Mass Surveillance.

I am endorsing Addison Liberty Patrick (LPF) for Jacksonville City Council At Large Group 1 in the special election.
1. Addison is the ONLY candidate in this race to attend city council meetings in 2026, and the only candidate to go on public council record advocating for local gas tax repeal, protecting small businesses, speaking against the new jail, and advocating for a strong Neighborhood Bill of Rights.
2. Addison chose NOT to accept most endorsements this cycle, and through her grassroots campaign, has NOT received dollars from large organizations/corporations/PACs.
3. Addison set legal persuasive precedent in an elections court case filed against her by the GOP. Addison won the case.
4. Addison is the FIRST Libertarian to run in a Jax municipal SPECIAL election AND the FIRST Libertarian WOMAN to run for Jacksonville City Council.
5. Addison is leading the most high-profile and widely covered Libertarian City Council campaign in Jacksonville’s consolidated history, consistently breaking through the two-party news cycle.
* 🗳️ VOTE Addison Liberty Patrick, for ALL of Jax, representation that doesn’t play favorites.
Addison’s professional background is in corporate finance, insurance, operations, and policy. She has worked in strategic leadership with non-profit organizations. Addison Liberty is a stage name from comedy and professional trivia hosting.

A NJ appellate court removed Libertarian Lana Leguía from the ballot. The case is now heading to the state Supreme Court, making it a live ruling with direct consequences for third-party candidate ballot access in New Jersey.
