One thing is very certain about Nigerians, we are very emotional and sentimental people. We always see the need to choose a side in every issue.
Our political issues are a big problem for us all.
But las las we all know what we are doing.

Really enjoyed that.
Think it's fair to say neither side have been at their absolute best this season...
Bayern have only just gone top of the Bundesliga last weekend, have only kept 3 clean sheets in 11 games and were missing Olise, Musiala and Kimmich, whilst Diaz was only fit enough for the bench.
As for Arsenal... 4 of their 6 League wins have come by a single goal and they're missing Saliba and Tzolis, Timber is only just back and Saka had to go off injured.
But they're a really fascinating tactical match-up, both deserved something from the game and I'd be very up for watching them play again in the knockouts, hopefully with both at full fitness!
At least "Gaslight" go rest small

OPEN LETTER TO NIGERIAN DOCTORS!!!
Dear Colleagues,
It’s with a heavy heart that I write this, what some of you are practicing in Nigeria is not medicine but armed robbery with a stethoscope.
If you prey on the fear of relatives losing their loved ones to charge exorbitant fees, send for expensive investigations that are not relevant to what you’re managing, then you’re extremely wicked.
In 2026, some of you still do not tell patients the medications they’re taking, you package medications in zip lock bags with no names and charge exorbitant fees for them.
Patients are not elites, they’re not the ones responsible for the way our leaders treat healthcare and for Christ sakes, be PROFESSIONAL, be TRANSPARENT with your patients and lastly, you’re not God!!!!
Jesus Christ!!!!

ETFs are the simplest way for a Nigerian to start investing in US stocks.
1. Open an account on an app like @hisanigeria that offers US stocks
2. Fund it every month, even if it's small
3. Keep buying, whether the market is up or down
These are the 5 ETFs I'd start with.
1. VOO, America's 500 biggest companies in one fund
2. QQQ, the top 100 companies on the Nasdaq, heavy on tech
3. VTI, almost the entire US stock market
4. SCHD, solid companies that pay regular dividends
5. VXUS, big companies outside America, for balance
One ETF can give you hundreds of companies at once. You don't need to pick winners.

Going to write exams this Sunday morning jeje o, one truck guy tried to overtake me but ended up bashing my car. Naso he rush out and started begging and scoping me. Las las he sent 15k to me that I should just take something. Thank God for corolla na 60k comot for my body.
Scratched someone's car in Ikoyi one day, I first removed my glasses like toh, whala ti sele bayi
We were two in the car. My guy came down and started begging the man. Meanwhile I was in the car processing the whole thing in my head. I thought it was something serious so the cost of fixing already gave me a headache.
So I sat there just looking. That thing made the man more angry and he came to meet me and said “and you sat down there, can't you come down? I just painted this car, mo sese kun ni”
I stepped out and the first thing I said was “Igberaga ko sir, ironu fixing lo bami”. The man wanted to laugh sef because I sounded really funny. The person coordinating the traffic was laughing too and then he said ko need fixing, se brake oil wa? My friend quickly went to bring it from the boot
In a few seconds, the scratches were no longer visible. Did some karamo here and there and that was it. I just thank God that day cos I was really broke

Compound interest for a 25-year-old Nigerian professional, honestly:
100 dollars a month, invested at an average 7% return, becomes over 240,000 dollars by age 65.
200 dollars a month becomes almost 500,000.
The difference between the person who starts at 25 and the one who starts at 35 is not the extra decade of contributions. It is the compounding on the first decade.
Every Nigerian in their first serious job right now should set up a monthly automatic transfer to an index fund this week. Not next month. This week.

Really don’t understand the argument of scrapping VAR, it’s a replay button.
If there is problems with it, it is with the people using it. It’s like blaming the oven for burning the food.
If the Premier League cared one iota about fans, it would scrap VAR at the end of the season. It’s time to do the right thing. dailymail.com/sport/football…

🔴⚪ It just pisses me off that people loves comparing their rebuild to ours. "Give the manager time." "Patience." "Arteta needed years too." and all those rubbish.
Nah. Stop that.
Arteta got us to title-level in two seasons. Not seven. We won it in seven, yeah, but let's be real about who we were up against. Pep Guardiola. The most decorated manager in the league's history, building a dynasty in real time. Nobody else in that title race had that.
Compare your project to someone else's rebuild, not ours.
That our 23/24 squad still haunts me 18-1-1. Eighteen wins, one draw, one loss. In the title race. Omo. That team was arguably better than the one that actually won it last year. Better balance, better ceiling, and it still wasn't enough because City were doing City things.
Arteta said it best. That 23/24 team would have walked the league in 25/26. It would have walked it in half the seasons in this league's history. It just happened to run into the 22/23 City team too. Wrong era, right team.
Timing decides trophies more than people admit. Remember that next time someone tries to lecture Arsenal about patience.
COYG. Always. 🔴⚪
