I keep saying the bottleneck moved. On Nov 4 it moves again, into Creed Mayfair, making fragrance since 1760.

One of our customers built their own CRM instead of buying one. Writing it got cheap. Running it, patching it, explaining it to a new hire didn’t get any cheaper. That’s the real build-vs-buy math right now!
Busy couple weeks. Highlight: ProductCon in SF, one of our best trips this year. Hosted a dinner with @joinbrderless and @trybagel, great conversations all around. At the booth, our yo-yos were gone by mid-afternoon. Good problem to have.
I’ve watched our team do this every week, and it still surprises me.
A PM brings a product idea, and the same week it’s a PR in our production codebase, reviewed and ready to merge.

This is the part I'm proudest of. We were convinced early that faster code alone wouldn't get products shipped sooner, because the real wait happens everywhere else. Our CTO @tammuz_x walks through exactly what we built to fix that.
Today is the team's day. They built the harness, broke it, rebuilt it, and kept going until it worked on real codebases.
