Took advantage of the perfect conditions to tackle Greendale Farm Shop Parkrun. New course PB🎉 Won't get near that over winter, slipping and sliding in the mud.

Devon and Cornwall Backyard Ultra. Brilliant event. First time I've done one of these events: 6.7km loop on the hour every hour until just one person left. Tough course: lots of climb (127m on every loop) and some heavy downpours.

Aftermath of grassland fire at Mincinglake Valley Park, Exeter. Houses close by. @DevonRescue did a great job keeping it contained and getting it under control.
It's eclipse eve! Checked out a viewing spot, got the glasses and picked up themed refreshments. Clear skies forecast for tomorrow evening here in Exeter. Sun should be about 95% covered. 🌗
