I need help. I been wanting to setup a mobile breakfast kitchen at the Maharagama Cancer Center on Sundays (my only free day)using my Jeep for some time. I even reached out to @HarpoGooneratne who very kindy shared his number and even @Rosh_Maha Aiya (but didn't tell him about this idea) I didn't follow up out of lord knows what fear. Every time I think I'm ready to do it but then I back down for some reason. Can anyone help me? I'm willing to learn the basics at a restaurant on the weekends to make this a reality somehow. I have run community kitchens, school meal programs, helped my friends setup restaurants and worked in their kitchens and run the pass before but nothing in terms of formal training. Specially scared because I'll be feeding vulnerable patients and families that come for treatment etc. How can I make this work? Any help or advice or someone to just push me over the edge is appreciated.

Emergency Phase is over. Closing Colombo Kitchen on Friday. My teams have setup cooking point in most districts, meal resolutions are at about 80%, Contact times are down to 25 - 30mins, and majority request ticket closes to 48 hours. pushed beyond my limit. Did the best I can.

I'm moving on to address medical items and equipment of inundated hospitals, already in talks with Hospital district heads. Will need your support and trust as always to fullfil critical needs of inundated hospitals. Stay safe. I did the best I can 🙏

Update! Sudarshan is regaining some feeling in his legs and will undergo 6 months of intense rehabilitation with the hope of regaining his mobility. Total funds collected 1.2million. Plastic surgery 600,000/- Spinal surgery 765,923/- The balance has been paid by the founders.
