why does everyone believe their assumptions create reality until they encounter a circumstance they find particularly convincing? because i genuinely need some of you to explain the criteria you’re using to determine which circumstances have authority over your future and which ones don’t.

think about how much of your day is spent doing ordinary things. you’re getting dressed, cleaning your room, commuting, working, cooking, or scrolling through your phone. you can incorporate affirmations into those moments through subliminal audios without having to reorganize your entire life around a manifestation routine.
