In our most recent preprint, we describe the development of a state-of-the-art immunogenicity predictor, laying the necessary foundation for the DECOD-Ag program. @uclcancer @achillestx @TheCrick @WeizmannScience @DTUtweet

Absolutely honoured to be elected Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences together with amazing @ucl colleagues!! Thanks to @uclcancer @CR_UK and my amazing team @QuezadaLab ucl.ac.uk/news/2024/may/ucl-…
Proud to see @CharlesSwanton, a member of our @AgDecod consortium, with His Majesty King Charles III at @CR_UK.
We’re delighted to share that His Majesty King Charles III will be our new Patron.
This is an exciting time for us and for cancer research. We’re looking forward to the opportunities His Majesty’s Patronage will bring, and know this support will help progress our mission to ensure more people live longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.

Replying to @RoyalFamily
Their Majesties also met clinicians at the hospital to learn about their use of innovative technology, including CT scanners which are being used to help detect cancer at an early stage.
Thank you to all at @UCLH and @MacmillanCancer for your tireless work to provide cancer patients with the best care and support.
Marking His Majesty’s return to public duties, The King and Queen spent time with patients to hear about their ongoing treatment and support.
Pleased to see the #LouisJeantetPrize in the hands of @CharlesSwanton who is a member of our @AgDecod consortium. @TheCrick @uclcancer ucl.ac.uk/news/2024/jan/ucl-…
A comment on "Breaking the performance ceiling for neoantigen immunogenicity prediction" was published in @NatureCancer. This piece was prepared by the @AgDecod PI and consortium members: rdcu.be/dtIHQ @uclcancer, @TheCrick, @achillestx, @WeizmannScience, @DTUtweet.
Our coordinator @squezadd, as well as @CharlesSwanton from @TheCrick who also works on our project, were included in the ‘Highly Cited Researchers List’ for this year. ucl.ac.uk/news/2023/nov/ucl-…
The poster we presented in Milan (Italy) at the prestigious #CICON23 immunotherapy conference is now available on our website. #Neoantigens #Cancer

Excited to present our first DECOD-Ag poster at CICON23! 🎉 Looking forward to sharing our research on predicting neoantigen immunogenicity and connecting with fellow attendees. #CICON23 #neoantigens Great collab with @ucl, @TheCrick, @DTUtweet, @WeizmannScience and @achillestx.
The Crick component of DECOD-Ag (led by @CharlesSwanton) is based on TracerX, and so we will have the opportunity to map neoantigens in this landmark cohort. #TracerX #neoantigens

This paper elegantly demonstrates the value of pairing 1000s-10,000s epitopes with their TCRs, thus enabling the characterisation of antigen-specific T (CD4) cells. biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…
- In coupling this with scRNA-seq, the platform allows deep profiling of all cells bearing the TCR irrespective of their functional state
- The system is compatible with several post-translational modifications of epitopes
Professor @CharlesSwanton, who works on our project, is among the "Highly Cited Researchers". #HighlyCited2022
A total of 58 @UCL academics have been recognised as authors of the most influential research papers around the world - making them “one in 1,000 Citation Elite” - with the university home to the second most in the UK and top 15 globally #HighlyCited2022 ucl.ac.uk/news/2022/nov/ucl-…
Professor @Marcrmansour, who works on our project, was also involved in this important study.
