Matt Hancock claiming 70% of the PPE other than gloves is manufactured in the UK. Can this be substantiated??
They need an immediate rethink before we have to shut our factories and undo all the good work!! @DHSCgovuk Stop dithering!!
Wearwell are appealing to @DHSCgovuk to rethink a decision to stop funding of PPE to regional NHS Trusts. This has effectivity blocked UK manufacturers, like Wearwell, from supplying UK made PPE direct to the NHS, despite UK Gov pledge to make 20% of all PPE in the UK.
