Akash was built on one belief: the cloud should belong to everyone.
The Akash core team believes our next chapter is on Solana, where the DePIN movement thrives.
This is your network, so you decide. Vote on Prop 346: mintscan.io/akash/proposals/…
Why Solana: akash.network/blog/why-we-se…
Prop 346 has passed. Akash is coming to Solana.
Same mission, bigger stage: a cloud that belongs to everyone, now inside the most active DePIN ecosystem in crypto.
Thank you to the community for deciding our next chapter together. More on the migration timeline soon.
The results are in: mintscan.io/akash/proposals/…
You decided, and it wasn't close. Nearly 70% of staked AKT turned out, and 97.27% voted YES to bring Akash to Solana.
Thank you for showing up for your network. Now we build.
Using Akash Console with other people used to mean sharing one login. No more.
Organizations are live for everyone. Invite teammates by email, and group deployments into projects behind one app or service.
Akash Console, built for teams running real workloads.
Akash founder @gregosuri will be speaking at Solana Breakpoint 2026 in London on November 17th.
Greg will be announcing Akash’s future plans with Solana as the foundation along with an exciting new product announcement.
Stay tuned!

Record turnout and overwhelming support from $AKT community for moving Akash to Solana

$AKT
Five days left in the Akash vote on moving to Solana.
About 98% of votes are yes so far.
Around 64% of all staked AKT has already voted, so this isn't a small group deciding.
The vote closes on November 2.
Everyone has a path forward. AKT moves 1:1 to SPL AKT through a one-way portal open for 2 years, and Console balances migrate automatically.
Providers re-register on Solana. Tenants keep their SDL files, and live leases keep running.
If Prop 346 passes, SPL AKT launches two weeks later, once two independent audits clear. A separate vote sets the cutover date.
We built the open cloud together. Now let's take it further. It needs 33.4% quorum, so every vote counts: mintscan.io/akash/proposals/…
Core team has been improving Console's onboarding, user interface, and overall experience.
More updates are on the way to make Console a delight to use and to come back to. Drop-offs in the first ten minutes fell by a nearly a fifth.
Drive the experience first hand and deploy something today.

Hackathons are some of the best feedback loops in the ecosystem. Novel use cases get built on Akash, and new users hit the marketplace for the first time.
Watching someone use it cold is the most direct UI/UX feedback there is, and it informs how the end product gets refined.
SF Tech Week was amazing!
we brought together some incredible builders for a day of hacking on cyber defense, one of the most critical challenges as AI becomes more capable and autonomous
and the projects? some seriously cool stuff:
🛡️ an agent that catches breaking API changes and auto-patches affected code.
🔎 one that queries 19 million auth logs in plain English to hunt threats.
👁️ AI that detects and redacts leaked secrets in screen recordings.
none of this would've been complete without our incredible mentors and judges @gregosuri @benjaminshafii @henryhengzj @pedroslopez @DaghanAltas @BryceNeil__ and more.
Congrats to the winners of the Akash Track during the Cyber Defense Hackathon hosted last week.
Well attended and many got to learn about Akash Network for the first time.

An agent that buys its own compute needs a price it can reason about, and an order book gives it one.

"And providers, in real time, bid for your workload and they compete. It's a reverse auction, so you end up getting the best price."

AkashML now averages 26M requests a week, double the 13M it averaged from mid-July to early August.
260M requests in three months, served on Akash GPUs.
As open models close in on the frontier and agents take on more work, demand keeps climbing.
1.46 trillion tokens served on OpenRouter in under 90 days.
Open models running on decentralized GPUs from the Akash Network is proving to be very competitive.
