19 years ago today, the voting age was lowered to 18, and served as a necessary first step to ensuring our youth had a say in the governance of our country. That right was won by the sacrifices and political action of thousands of young people working together.
Our youth have understandably lost faith in our political institutions. It is our responsibility to give them a cause worth fighting for, and to make sure the country we build is one that aligns with their vision.

A private developer hosts a meal, talks about “vision,” and suddenly everyone acts like Maldives has been rescued..
If this project is so clean, publish the agreement..

🚨Alaabar is trying to buy @Midhuamsaud cause his team was told Midhuam Saud is the top account creating a negative image of him and Eagle Hills on socials. Told it would be hard to buy Midhuam, he said money can buy anything. A supermajority of Maldivians trust Midhuam cause he’s been consistent with his message and we hope he won’t compromise his values for money.
