Two weeks ago, the political establishment was falling over itself to condemn the Greens for saying "Zionism is racism."
Now Netanyahu refuses to work with the Arab-Israeli parties whose seats could determine whether he remains in power.
Netanyahu is proving the Greens' right.
'I was brought up in a very poor and very violent household. I spent much of my childhood being afraid.'
Patrick Stewart went on to make the world a better place.

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.

Reform UK deputy leader Richard Tice went on a trip to “the Gaza front line” in September 2025 funded by Reform Friends of Israel, where he concluded that the Gaza famine was a “blatant lie”.
A few weeks after Tice’s visit, his chief of staff and other Reform figures undertook another trip which included a visit to the illegally occupied Golan Heights, which the UK recognises as part of Syria.
They also visited Israel’s police headquarters, which is overseen by far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is sanctioned by the UK for “repeated incitement of violence against Palestinian civilians”.
This trip was funded by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to newly released Israeli government data seen by Declassified and found by Berlin-based journalist Yossi Bartel.

£10 billion to Ukraine,
and
Local authorities across England are facing an unprecedented £10.4 billion special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) funding shortfall by March 2028.
Labour are not for the children with learning disabilities.
Just a reminder for those that don't know:
Ukraine and Israel are more important to Andy Burnham's government, than any struggling Brit.

Living standards slumping, PIP and payments to NEETs to be cut, the triple-lock on state retirement pensions to go, and key public services to remain underfunded.
But there is money for war.

For a Labour Chancellor to declare during a Scrooge Budget in which a painful year is promised to his own people that he had “made the day” of a foreign leader by handing him an EXTRA £10 Billion desperately needed at home is such a cognitive dissonance as to be scarcely believable. That NOBODY in the House protested renders it a rubber-stamp assembly of a kind simply unrecognisable to a long-standing parliamentarian like me.
Andy Burnham's Government willingly serving the military-industrial complex with £10 billion For ukraine.
But nothing for the British struggling classes.

Giving £10 billion to Ukraine in the UK budget in a year when living standards for ordinary people are dropping again significantly,
is an act of hubris that I think has finally broken public support.
“The whole country is united for Ukraine” like fuck we are!!
How about £10billion to give to food banks that are increasing year on year.
How about £10billion to get all our homeless veterans off the fucking streets and bring down the suicide rate.
How about £10billion to help the pensioners heat their homes through the winter so they don’t fucking die in the cold.
This is fucking disgusting!!
"He told us: 'You've made my day.'"
Chancellor John Healey tells how Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to his pledge of a further £10bn of additional economic and military support for Ukraine going into winter.

It is a shocking indictment of the state of our Parliament that just over 10% of MPs have signed this letter calling for sanctions on Israel for blocking lifesaving aid for the people in Gaza.
We deserve better
Proud to be one of the 75 MPs that signed this letter from @amcarmichaelMP calling for further sanctions on Israel for blocking aid to Palestinians in Gaza

I have today written to the Charity Commission to complain about the activities of Westminster Synagogue which appears to have broken charity law by hosting fundraising campaigns for the 'Israel' occupation forces on its website.
The letter was supported by a four page briefing containing all the evidence assembled by Public Interest Investigations. The covering letter is below. A review of the evidence is in my recent article for @mintpressnews. The link is in the replies below.

Our petition for a public inquiry into Britain’s involvement in Gaza has now surpassed 30,000.
Let’s get it to 100k to force a debate in Parliament.

Just joined the Greens, after a lifetime of voting Labor.
Feels like a great relief to support a party that acknowledges the Genocide of Palestinians.
