Lou Holtz turned around 4 programs within 2-3 years using the same 5 rules.
• Arkansas: 5-5-1 to 11-1.
• Notre Dame: 5-6 to 12-0.
• South Carolina: 0-11 to 8-4.
Not with new talent or more money - just 5 rules.
Simple, repeatable, and powerful.

We keep knocking this generation of players for
"not taking competition serious" and "not trying hard"
But should we expect them to when their coaches show up to games wearing backwards hats, slides, gym shorts...or maybe even a coors light logo on their shirt?
