4000 foreign criminal organizations operating inside Canada is okay but a hockey team of kids from Russia is a hard no. This is the level of absolute corruption and gas lighting the Canadian people are subject to from the clowns on Parliament Hill.

Roman senators ate boar, dormice and peacock.
Egyptian labourers raised the pyramids on bread, onions and beer.
The pharaoh ate beef.
Spartan helots ate barley and figs.
The Spartans who owned them ate a black broth of pork and blood.
Chinese peasants ate millet and rice.
Genghis Khan's horsemen rode over them on mutton and mare's milk.
Indian lower castes ate rice, lentils and flatbread.
The Mughal emperors ate lamb off gold plates.
Japanese peasants ate rice and pickles.
The samurai ate fish and game.
Medieval serfs ate pottage and black bread.
The lord ate venison, and blinded a serf for touching a deer.
Tudor commoners ate bread cut with chalk.
Henry VIII's court went through thousands of cattle a year.
Irish cottiers ate potatoes, and in 1847 they ate grass.
Their landlords ate beef, and shipped the rest to England past the dying.
Plantation slaves ate cornmeal and a weekly scrap of fatback.
The planter ate ham, oysters and cream.
Victorian mill hands ate bread, tea and jam.
The Victorian aristocracy ate beef, game and butter.
Soviet collective farmers ate black bread and cabbage soup.
Stalin served his inner circle roast meat and caviar until four in the morning.
Every civilisation. Every century. Every continent.
The poor got the plants.
The powerful took the animals.
Nobody in five thousand years ran a trial on it. They watched which men grew tall and which men obeyed, and kept the meat for themselves.
Then in 1977 a wheat-state senator, a Harvard professor on sugar money and a reporter with no training told the world the slave's plate had been the healthy one all along.
No pharaoh ever fed the pottage to his own son.
They fed it to yours.

Make ZERO mistake everyone. The globalist “intelligentsia” class tried to coup a the elected President of Poland for 4 reasons.
#1 is that it is about 90% ethnic Polish
#2 is that it is 71% Catholic
#3 is the incredible low crime rates because they don’t allow in invaders
And ABOVE ALL… the EU globalists cannot permit a nation that is a beacon for other nations to see as an example that are BANKRUPT paying for migrants to invade them , bring crime and harass their citizens.
It destroys their entire Ethos for people to see in other nations what their “Elected puppet” rulers and some not elected are doing to these nations like the UK, France, Germany Ireland, Sweden & Norway.
It is that simple.

The Winnipeg Single Engine Airplanes look absolutely ridiculous this afternoon in the GREAT State of North Carolina, as the Champion Canes are making them look very Foolish. Sleepy Stu Skinner is now showing his True Colors as the Total LIGHTWEIGHT he is, who couldn't tie GREAT AMERICAN Connor Hellebuyck's skatelaces. The junky Jets are an Embarrassment to the NHL, and now are about to lose 9 straight games in very Comical fashion. As your favorite NHL President has said many times, Woeful Winnipeg is not a BIG LEAGUE city, and the Jets moving back to crooked Canada from Atlanta was an Atrocious business decision. The Canada Death Center is a very TINY arena, and they can't even sell it out regularly, which is absolutely Pathetic. Cheesy Kevin Chevelldayoff is a very Overrated Hockey man, who will NEVER win anything in the liddle' Village of Winnipeg, unlike GREAT AMERICAN Eric Tulsky, and Stable Hockey Genius Rod Brind'Amour. The Jets should be RELOCATED to our wonderful country, and would look MUCH better in the GREAT State of Wisconsin, or perhaps in the City or Houston, of the GREAT State of Texas. A very simple solution! Thank you for your attention to this MATTER! NHL PRESIDENT DONALD JOHN TRUMP

As I watch this, I just think of the politicians in both countries eating gourmet food, with their families in luxury cars and schools, secure under the watchful eyes of men who’d take bullets for them. They never feel the true cost of war, and so prolonging it isn’t a concern. I understand war is sometimes necessary and when it is, you should be brutal and punishing but we’re well past that in Ukraine. It’s simply a battlefield of needlessly dead fathers, brothers and sons who are actually very similar to one another. In another time they’d be countrymen with shared heritage even. It’s time for it to end and for the world to start caring more about fathers and sons than the feelings of cowardly politicians who’ll never face the shadow of a foxhole.
Many of you still think soldiers die like heroes in clean, decisive moments. This footage from Height 105-106 shows the actual pattern: short, brutal close encounters in trenches and treelines where both sides take heavy losses in seconds. The foreign volunteers (US, Canadian and others) who went into Alfa and Bravo did not stroll in as invincible veterans; they closed with the enemy under fire, cleared positions, and finished the fight at arm’s length. Officials on both sides will call the dead martyrs or heroes. That is a cliché that softens reality for people who have never watched these frames.
This is not the Middle East style of engagement most Western veterans trained for. Iraq and Afghanistan experience does not automatically transfer. Standard training and past tours do not prepare you for the density of fires, the constant drone threat, and the pure infantry meat-grinder of these European fields. You can be a veteran of Kandahar or Fallujah and still not last long if you trust only old skills. As the Afghan proverb says: everyone is gang until they go to Kandahar. The ones who actually went into those trenches found out quickly that talk and prior service do not change the arithmetic of short-range killing. Most of the fallen on either side were not dying as storybook heroes. They were simply there when the next burst of fire arrived.

So, basically, 500 million Europeans expect 300 million Americans to protect them from 120 million Russians who can’t even defeat 40 million Ukrainians while those 500 million Europeans don’t even realize they are being conquered by 2 billion Muslims who claim they are being persecuted by 8 million Israelis. Is that about right?

Flavored coffee is sprayed with flavoring after roasting. The solvent that carries the flavor is not listed on the ingredient statement.
Dunkin' French Vanilla reads coffee, natural and artificial flavor. New England Hazelnut Creme reads 100% Arabica coffee, natural and artificial flavors. Community Pecan Praline, same two lines. What those lines leave out is the spray. The roasted beans tumble in a mixer while liquid flavor gets sprayed on, about 3 pounds of flavor for every 100 pounds of coffee, and that liquid is mostly propylene glycol, a synthetic solvent that carries the flavor oils on to the bean. A supplier's spec sheet for a pecan coffee flavor reads propylene glycol and natural and artificial flavor, use at 3%.
It stays off the bag because FDA treats the solvent inside a flavor as part of the flavor. Food grade propylene glycol is allowed in flavorings up to 97%, FDA lists it as safe, and a small amount is used.
A few roasters flavor with alcohol or glycerin instead and print no propylene glycol on the bag.

The year is 1873. Your wife tires easily and reads too much. The doctor prescribes the rest cure: six weeks flat in bed, no books, no visitors, fed on milk, forbidden to sit up without his permission. The man who devised it is the most famous nerve specialist in America, and the women come out of it quieter, which is taken as the cure.
The year is 1915. The hospital has a new way of delivering your child. Morphine, then scopolamine, and the mother wakes two days later with a baby she cannot remember having. They call it twilight sleep. The women are strapped into padded cots so they do not hurt themselves while they scream, and the straps are the modern part. The babies arrive blue and slow to breathe.
The year is 1945. The truck comes down your street fogging DDT, and the children run behind it in the white cloud because the man on the back says it is harmless. At the beach it is sprayed over the bathers on their towels. It goes on the cattle, over the barn, and across the kitchen table.
The year is 1948. Your son has trouble with his ears. The doctor slides a rod tipped with radium up each nostril and holds it there for the best part of ten minutes, and you bring him back three more times. Hundreds of thousands of American children get the same treatment. The cancers arrive in their fifties.
The year is 1962. The health visitor tells you breastfeeding is old-fashioned and the formula is scientific. By 1972 fewer than one American baby in four is breastfed at all. The formula is skimmed milk and sugar, with the milk fat taken out and vegetable oil put in.
The year is 1971. The family planning clinic fits a small plastic crab called the Dalkon Shield. Its tail is a bundle of fibres that wicks bacteria up into the womb. 2.8 million are fitted in America before it is withdrawn, and the company goes bankrupt under the claims. It had been sold as safe and superior.
The year is 1983. The doctor says your arteries are the butter's fault. The dripping tin goes in the bin, the yolks go to the dog, the margarine goes in the fridge, and you have the heart attack anyway, on skimmed milk, having done everything right.
The year is 2001. Your 15-year-old is low, and the doctor prescribes Paxil, because the trial in the journal says it is effective and well tolerated in adolescents. The raw data, reanalysed 14 years later, shows more suicidal thinking on the drug than on the sugar pill. The company pays $3 billion to settle. Nobody rings the house.
The year is 2009. The government has spent around £500 million stockpiling Tamiflu for the pandemic, on the strength of the manufacturer's trials. When the trials are finally prised loose five years later, the drug shortens flu by about half a day and nothing shows it keeps anyone out of hospital. The stockpile goes out of date in a warehouse.
The year is 2026. The doctor has ten minutes and a screen. The number is high, so the tablet is for life. The weight is high, so the injection is for life. The meat is bad for the planet and the oil is good for the heart, and the person in the chair is as certain as everyone who ever sat in it.
Every one of those was settled, by a committee, in a journal, with a doubter somewhere being laughed at. The rest cure, the straps, the fog, the rod, the formula, the crab, the margarine, the trial, the stockpile. All of it certain, all of it printed, all of it done to somebody who had asked for help.
You were never the one who was wrong. You were the one it was done to, and the only person in the story who did as they were told every single time.
The apology comes a generation late, in a footnote, addressed to nobody.
The next one is being drafted now.

💥EXPLOSIVE ATIP: Immigration Canada knew Indian agents were running MASSIVE FRAUD in the trucking industry and the student visa program as early as 2017 — and stamped the evidence "DO NOT DISCLOSE."
According to records released under the Access to Information Act, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) maintained an internal procedures manual for its New Delhi visa office documenting systemic fraud across the student visa and temporary foreign worker streams. The manual instructs officers to treat fraud as anticipated rather than exceptional
The most damning thing about this scandal is not the fraud — it's that the government predicted it, kept it running, and then stamped the file "DO NOT DISCLOSE."
Canada didn't lose control of its immigration system—they monetized it.

In a nursing home filled with people in their 90s—many too frail to walk without help or stand up from a chair on their own—researchers decided to put them on a weight-training program.
Not light calisthenics. Not gentle stretching. High-intensity progressive resistance training, three times a week, with loads that eventually reached about 80% of each person’s maximum. The results, published in JAMA in 1990 by Maria Fiatarone and colleagues, upended long-held assumptions about aging and muscle.
Ten frail, institutionalized volunteers (average age 90, some as old as 96) trained their quadriceps for just eight weeks. Their strength exploded—an average gain of 174%, with some individuals more than tripling their starting numbers. Mid-thigh muscle cross-sectional area increased by roughly 9%. More importantly, function improved: tandem gait speed rose nearly 50%. Several participants who had needed canes or arm support to rise from a chair no longer did. Attendance was extraordinarily high; these were not people who were easily motivated by abstract health advice, yet they showed up and pushed themselves.
The study demonstrated something radical for its time: the muscles of people in their tenth decade still possess remarkable plasticity. They respond to progressive overload with substantial gains in strength, size, and real-world mobility—changes that meaningfully restored independence and reduced the burden of frailty. The relative magnitude of adaptation was comparable to what much younger adults experience under similar training.
In short, the experiment proved that chronological age, even extreme age accompanied by chronic disease and institutionalization, does not erase the body’s capacity to grow stronger. Strength training could reverse a large portion of the functional decline once considered inevitable.
