Thank you, Idaho. Last night you sent a clear message that good conservative policy and keeping your word still matter to voters. I'm honored by your trust once again, and I'm ready to get back to work.
By defeating Prop 1, you also sent a message to the whole country that Idaho stands up for life and is not for sale.
Idaho emerged as a bright spot amidst a challenging night for Republicans nationwide, and our party should take heed of this. The American people trusted the promise of peace and lower prices, only to face a war overseas and increased costs at the gas pump and grocery store. Instead of abandoning our principles, we must deliver on them. This requires leadership that actively listens to everyday Americans, communicates the truth, and follows through on our promises.

Former Deputy Assistant to President Trump and former Idaho Solicitor General @RealTheoWold: “On a night when not a lot went right for the conservative movement, Idaho stood tall in defense of our values.” In addition to listing his political work history, Wold describes himself on his X profile as a follower of Christ, husband and father of five.

Where do you turn when the world is shaking?
-Keep coming back to the Word of God.
-Seek the presence and strength of God’s Spirit.
-Make a list of the many things you are thankful for. There’s always so much to be thankful for.
-Remember the promises of God in tough times.
-Center your heart on the sovereignty and goodness of God.
-Refocus on the purpose God has put in your heart.
Lila Rose who has devoted her life to ending abortion and is the founder and president of Live Action stated the day after the election that “Lives will be saved” as the result of the defeat of Prop 1 in Idaho.

Regardless of how powerful, popular, or persuasive, every politician will one day stand before holy God to give an account.

I am heart-broken by Virginia’s refusal to protect the lives of innocent unborn children.
But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. 1 Cor 10-12

If godly people do not step forward to influence the trajectory of the nation, godless people WILL (and are).

Luke 12:15
Jesus warns the crowd, "Watch out! Guard yourselves against every form of greed, for a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
