I want to give a shout out to @parkerconrad at @Rippling . We've been squeezed by @Workday for years. And the antiquated platform that @Workday had which we put in place in the process towards going public led to a ton of broken processes and extra staffing of workday consultants and vendors on top. Millions of dollars of total burn on a system which we used 30% of. I was told we would be forced to renew for another year with Workday 2 weeks ago. Gun to our head. No choice. I reached out to @parkerconrad on a saturday afternoon on linkedin and had a response back from him in less than 30 min. It was amazing. We moved over to @Rippling today. We are going to save money, time and brain damage and streamline our operations dramatically in finance and HR as a result. Thank you @Rippling team and @parkerconrad for showing us how a large company can move fast when its founder led. @aneelb your team should take note. $BETR

We're continuing to hire the best engineers to own the data, AI, and applications powering Rippling's growth. Rippling AI is one of the fastest growing AI products and decisive winner in its category...and yet we're still so early. We're hiring a GTM Engineering leader who will help us scale GTM that actually works. You'll not only build cutting edge technology, but watch world class GTM operators in sales, marketing, and ops work their magic. DMs open, NYC/SF preferred.

The Modern Data Stack was: data → warehouse → BI → human → action The AI-powered stack is increasingly: data → governed context → agent → action Databricks wrote up how we’re building this at Rippling with GrowthOS (agents/compute/state/actions) + Genie (simple bootstrapped semantic layer with an API) 2,800+ people and AI agents now operate against the same governed GTM data layer. Despite the way we build software completely transforming, it still feels like data is just evolving. databricks.com/customers/rip…

Ship ship ship. You're never too big to stop shipping - in fact, these days, the bigger you are, the more you need to be shipping these days. nitter.cf/stanine/status/2093025…
Today, @Rippling launched the Rippling AI Slackbot, so you can sorta treat Rippling like you treat @Grok on X... tag it to get the truth, hand off work, and do research.

We launched Rippling Data Cloud today - an all-in-one rebuild of the modern data stack, with AI deeply integrated throughout. Why would you want an org-and-employee-centric data stack? Well, here’s how I used Rippling Data Cloud to help with token burn and cut AI slop. 1/ nitter.cf/parkerconrad/status/20…

A few months ago we asked ourselves, how would an AI-native startup run its GTM org if it were building from scratch today? So we built it. Rippling is growing faster than ever on the heels of Rippling AI as we reshape how companies run People Operations. Internally, 1,000+ GTM operators are reinventing how we work with agents. This is the data foundation underneath all of it...

Rippling launched its AI analyst today. I'm not just the CEO - I'm also the Rippling admin for our co, and I run payroll for our ~ 5K global employees. Here are 5 specific ways Rippling AI has changed my job, and why I believe this is the future of G&A software. 🧵 1/n

This takes many many forms, from building useful data models to formalizing metrics to distributing reports that benchmark the typical behaviors of important groups or systems. Any time you take something you've learned and share it more broadly, you're enabling revelation

Slack got bought for $28B by Salesforce by using chat as a proxy for enterprise identity. But what's even more ubiquitous than chat? HR/payroll. That why my bet is on Rippling & @parkerconrad. It unites white AND blue collar employees on a gateway to IT & financial services
