One woman described discovering that a stranger secretly filmed their interaction using smart glasses, with the footage reportedly attracting millions of views.
And while people are questioning the technology, Kylie is helping make it fashionable.
Critics have also called out the sexualized marketing surrounding the glasses, questioning whether celebrity influence is being used to distract consumers from legitimate privacy concerns.
And now some believe something much bigger is happening.
Celebrities aren't simply selling products anymore. They're helping powerful corporations normalize technology that consumers might otherwise reject.

This man was visibly upset and angry after this Black mother stole over 40 juice boxes and 160+ pieces of candy, which he had left out front for trick-or-treaters.
Upon returning home from being gone for no less than 10 min, he noticed all the candy and juice boxes he left out front were completely gone. After reviewing his surveillance footage to see what had transpired, he chased after this woman to confront, record, and expose her for teaching her children it’s okay to steal, curse, and when confronted, get even more confrontational and violent.
The nerve of this woman, telling him he’s the one ruining Halloween for her and other people’s children, when it was HER stealing all the candy from unattended homes.
You have to be extremely stupid to not know almost 99% of homes nowadays are equipped with some type of surveillance and your every move is being recorded… or maybe she did know and just doesn’t care because she thinks she’s above the law. Absolutely disgusting and vile!
