Even before 8 a.m., the line outside Rikki’s was already stretching down the block, with Valkyries fans ready to cheer on a potential WNBA championship clincher. Fans arrived as early as 6:30 a.m. to line up before Rikki’s opened its doors at 8:30 a.m. The line grew so long that fans were directed down the block to another bar, Hi Tops, after being told they likely wouldn’t make it inside Rikki’s.
