I am proud to have welcomed President Zelenskyy to Sweden and Linköping.
Today we have signed an important Letter of Intent, marking a step towards a massive possible export deal regarding Gripen - likely between 100 and 150 fighter jets, to build a new and very strong Ukrainian Air Force.
President Zelensky also got a chance to see first hand the impressive capabilities of the Gripen fighter. This will strengthen both Ukraine, Sweden and Europe.

2022 – it took me a week coding Python tools to analyze the Conti leak.
2023 – I spent 4 days analyzing and making sense of the Vulkan files with Python.
2024 – I spent 2 days building an OCR + RAG pipeline for the ISOON leak.
February 2025 – In one day, I built a more advanced RAG with hybrid search for the BlackBasta leak and response workflow.
May 2025 – I gave the LockBit leak to my CTI agent and got the report in 10 minutes while drinking a coffee.

The AI industry is buzzing again with MCP(Model Context Protocol). I’d been putting off testing MCP for IDA Pro, but recently started applying it to real tasks. The result: MIND-BLOWING! 😱
✅ What’s great:
- It automates tedious, repetitive parts of malware analysis, saving a ton of time.
- It can auto-generate reports, including actionable items like YARA rules, Sigma rules, KQL queries, MITRE ATT&CK mappings, even a python for decryption.
- Well-known algorithms are analyzed with impressive ease.
⚠️ What to watch out for:
- It heavily relies on Hex-Rays output, so the quality of the decompiled code matters.
- If all functions aren’t fully analyzed, it may hallucinate or guess their purpose.
- Actionable items often need human validation and fine-tuning.(Lots of FP)
- The quality of results depends a lot on the prompts, crafting good ones is key.
In short, MCP can dramatically cut down malware analysis time, depending on the target, but human review is still essential. The screenshots are MCP auto-analyzing malware like BPFdoor (🔥) and a Lazarus loader, with remarkably clear labeling. The generated report is solid (though not flawless), and even includes fully working Python code for decryption.
Long live MCP! 🎊
