I don't know why, but I never thought about diffing against the remote after a rebase on a feature branch to make sure I haven't screwed things up:
`git diff origin/feature-branch`
Or for a specific file:
`git diff origin/feature-branch -- tsconfig.json`

If you are having a hard time finding motivation in the morning, tell yourself you just have to spend 25 minutes on a task you don't feel like doing, and then you can quit.
I often find that I'll want to keep going after the first 25 (🍅) when my momentum picks up.
