Sure, except it's Trump!! What agreement has he respected?? He is anything but a friend of NATO, he's on the side of Putin and Netanyahu. They have already stated that they consider the Western Hemisphere to be essentially theirs. Stepping stone to this ⬇️

BIG | 🇱🇹🇱🇻🇷🇺‼️ Lithuania’s Foreign Ministry says it has received intelligence indicating that Russia is preparing new hybrid operations against Europe, including a potentially large-scale false-flag operation carried out under the guise of another country.
Latvia has raised similar concerns, warning that a possible operation could involve Russian special forces. The warnings point to growing concern across the Baltic region over unconventional Russian activity beyond the battlefield in Ukraine.
Such an operation could be designed to obscure attribution and create confusion over who was responsible, making rapid coordination and intelligence-sharing among European states especially important.

Trump declared "no damage" from Iranian attacks, an easy lie to check given the Pentagon’s Inspector General reported $3.7 billion in losses, 60 damaged aircraft, and 18 US service members dead with hundreds more hospitalized. Calling that "small potatoes" while refusing to visit the wounded isn't exactly a profile in courage or truth. It’s a frankly dismissive insult to every service member who faced that attack.
Funny how the same guy who screams about "fake news" is caught red-handed lying about military casualties and billions in destruction. No wonder polls show most Americans already know he’s corrupt and dangerous, and that government corruption is widespread. What a joke! The funniest part of the new Greenland security deal that Trump trumpeted as a major U.S. achievement is that the U.S. already had sweeping military access to Greenland under a 1951 agreement.
So while Denmark didn’t literally dust off the old treaty, change “1951” to “2026,” and hand it back with a bow, Trump is celebrating a “historic” deal that, in large part, simply builds on rights America has had for 75 years.
The genuinely new pieces appear to be tighter restrictions aimed at China and Russia. However, they were never going to be allowed to build bases in Greenland anyway.
For those who are saying that Denmark sold Trump’s own lease back to him, it’s close enough that you can see why Copenhagen must be smiling.
