I recommend everyone going offline and turn off any kind of internet connecting device for 24hrs if not that than 12hrs. It is a very enlightening challenge #eme4390M2022 #onedaydisconnect
Being offline for 24hrs was difficult I felt so disconnected and my day was so quiet because I typically keep a video on in the background while doing stuff #eme4390m2022
Luckily for most of my 24hrs offline I was a work but on breaks I had the urge just to scroll through social media #eme4390M2022
