NEW: Public beta testing of LeakSwap, an Algorand <> Monero cross-chain atomic swap protocol, and Zebgen, a tailored non-custodial browser wallet supporting both chains, currently on TestNet.
Hello Algofam! I'm happy to finally present leakswap.com and zebgen.com for public beta testing (using TestNet/StageNet).
LeakSwap is my #Algorand - #Monero cross-chain swaps protocol. Thanks to Algorand's ~2.7s block time and instant finality I believe it to be the fastest non-custodial swap protocol out there. (For now it's only ALGO<->XMR but I have plans for other pairs as well!)
I recorded a video presentation I'm attaching here. I apologize for the background noise and subpar audio but I've been stuck away from home.
Importantly: the full demo is at 19:00 - 30:00. I simulate a full swap between 2 parties ("Ali" and "Xin"), which is also what I'd like the community to try out.

Thanks to @Urthoo for hosting nodes, the sXMR faucet and explorer. And to @kayabaNerve for helping me years ago figure out how to abuse Algorand's ed25519_verify opcode to leak the private spend key share. (Which inspired the name.)

After 2.5 years at @AlgoFoundation as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, I've decided to resign. It has been an honor to work with the many talented people at the Foundation and the amazing builders in our ecosystem.

Attention all node runners: please upgrade your node to v5.0.3 as soon as possible.
This patch fixes an issue with DNSSEC validation that prevents nodes from bootstrapping into the network when (re)started.

Sell your mALGO if you have any. No one should, but @MessinaOne just drained the mALGO staking contract with no warning. Post says "mALGO unstaking will only be possible via direct smart contract interaction on-chain" but cant redeem if funds are gone

Algorand is going post-quantum, and Tinyman is keeping up.
Pera's quantum-secure accounts now work across Tinyman, including farm reward claims. If you had trouble claiming after rekeying, give it another try.
