1/ Much love @TeenVogue for sharing my story. I came from a place where my options were limited as a young black man. I'm only here b/c of the heroes in my life. I'll spend the rest of my life paying their acts of kindness forward. A personal thread.. teenvogue.com/story/alister-…

Navigating changes to Medicaid and SNAP shouldn't mean navigating a maze to get help. Today, we're launching HART, a new outreach team helping New Yorkers keep their health coverage, food benefits and get support on everything from housing assistance to eviction prevention. As federal work requirements put thousands at risk of losing benefits and up to 900,000 New Yorkers at risk of losing health coverage, we're making sure no one gets left behind.
Today we announced the launch of the Health and Affordability Resource Team (HART), a new outreach team that will help New Yorkers navigate sweeping federal changes to Medicaid and SNAP and connect them with the benefits and services they need. Read more: on.nyc.gov/4k32b5t

I gave two great patients @Lynn4NYC and @NYCAgingCommr their annual flu shots. All New Yorkers 6 months and older should get an annual flu vaccine. To find a no-cost flu vaccine, visit: nyc.gov/healthmap.

.@NYCMayor increasing access to the World’s Healthiest Sport 🎾!
Last month, we refurbished 10 tennis courts in Crotona Park — the only public tennis courts in the Bronx with lights for night play. We stopped by recently to see how things were going. Thank you to @NYJTL, @usta and @yonex_tennis for helping us deliver high-quality public spaces that New Yorkers deserve.
