Operation Economic Outcast is delivering results: the rial has plunged to record lows, Iran loaded zero crude oil onto tankers last month, and even Iran’s top security official has admitted the country is facing one of the most difficult periods in its history.
The Iranian regime allows its own people to suffer while it pours resources into terrorism. Operation Economic Outcast will not stop until the Iranian regime understands that the Trump Administration will never allow the regime to fund terrorism and develop a nuclear weapon.

Treasury is dismantling the financial infrastructure that allows Iran and other adversaries to evade sanctions, move illicit funds, and undermine the integrity of the global financial system. Today’s action targeting A7 continues Treasury’s unprecedented efforts to isolate Iran and its financial enablers and sends a clear message that if you facilitate illicit finance for America’s adversaries, you will lose access to the U.S. financial system.
Today, Treasury took unprecedented action against the A7 Network, a shadow banking network with ties to Russia used by the Iranian regime to evade sanctions as part of Operation Economic Outcast.
Treasury’s @FinCENnews proposed a rule that would prohibit transmittals of funds regarding transactions involving the A7 Network’s Sub-Agents.
Additionally, FinCEN issued an Alert to help financial institutions detect and report suspicious activity related to the A7 Network.
Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctioned the A7 Network as a significant transnational criminal organization.

I filed a bar complaint against Jack Smith this morning. He’s a blatantly partisan actor and his prosecutorial misconduct damaged our constitutional order. He should never be able to practice law again.
Read the complaint here. Next up, @Verizon.

Today, I joined @POTUS, @VP, my fellow Cabinet members, and leaders of American industry for the launch of America.gov. This new platform gives Americans a single, streamlined place to access federal information and resources.
For 250 years, American innovation has pushed the boundaries of the possible. By bringing that same spirit of ingenuity to the federal government, we are modernizing how it serves the American people and ensuring our institutions keep pace with the extraordinary technological progress taking place across our economy.

.@SenEricSchmitt tells Jack Smith that he may think he is the hero of this story, but "You will go down as a total dirt bag"
- Smith seemed off balance, taken a back, when Schmitt said he was bringing receipts, tells hearing he has memo/transcripts and texts
August 2024 – Schmitt asks Smith if he was advised NOT to file superseding indictment against President Trump by the DOJ Public Integrity Section
- Schmitt said Public Integrity warned it would be a violation of the 60 day rule which bars such actions that close to an election
- Reminds Smith he is under oath
Schmitt says he has text message from Smith's team that Jack Smith was in Atlanta FEB 2024 one day after DA Fani Willis admitted relationship with Nathan Wade
"Take a second to process, not to perjure yourself"

NEW: The DHS Inspector General just dropped a new, heavily redacted report that found a 40% failure rate in the vetting of asylum claims for Afghan nationals brought to the US by the Biden administration in 2021 after the Afghanistan withdrawal, including two cases that involved potential inadmissibility due to terrorism related concerns, but were missed because of missed aliases and incomplete documentation.
As part of a random audit, the DHS IG analyzed 678 out of 13,682 asylum cases adjudicated by the Biden administration USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) as part of Operation Allies Welcome, and found the following:
- 303 missed aliases
- 23 missing security checks (failure to run names vs FBI/national security databases).
- 45 unresolved records (failure to resolve potential matches to derogatory information).
- 115 other documentation issues
A reminder, one of the Afghans brought into the U.S. via Operation Allies Welcome has been charged in the shooting of two National Guard soldiers in DC last year, which left one of them dead.
