For me, it was the 3-setter of the year. The stakes, the wild comeback, insane drama, and good old Carlitos Alcaraz magic made it incredible. That second set was not for the faint of heart. #Alcaraz #Fritz #atpparis

Can’t count out Novak 😤 The seven-time champ wins on #RolexParisMasters return 💪

Hurkacz has got himself a win against each of the big 3 now.

Just Novak doing Novak things. Well deserved GOAT! I do feel for Demon though, not the way anyone wants to go out.

"From the beginning, I have maintained my innocence and denied the baseless allegations made against me. I welcomed and fully cooperated with the ATP's investigation and am grateful for the organization's time and attention in this matter." - Alexander Zverev

Djokovic has always secured unwavering support from the Chinese fans since the very beginning of his career. He never had to "earn" it. It is not a surprise that he wants to reciprocate the kindness by showing up in China.

Naomi Osaka is here to serve another look. The tennis star hit the court today in yet another stylish Thom Browne ensemble, continuing her streak of fashion-forward pre-match moments.

Looking at the lineup for the US Open I'm being fully serious when I say Roger would probably make QFs or better if he randomly decided to grab a wildcard and rock up for a bit of fun. Crippled Alcaraz and chokemaster Zverev wouldn't stand much of a chance.

Dolly Parton will be missed more than she could have ever imagined. What a huge loss for music and humanity. Her shoes will never be filled. Rest easy Queen.

24 months ago, Dhakshineswar Suresh was ranked 985th; he is now 400th, with a recent peak of 353rd.

Hope Qinwen can climb back up the rankings. Sounds like she's very rational about the ups and downs of the process. Watching her lose some winnable matches has been frustrating but hopefully now that she's not in pain she'll improve bit by bit.

Fighting each other over cultural gatekeeping is never not hilarious.
Nah but nothing against him. I generally don’t support Fil-foreigners who can’t speak any Philippine language and not deeply accustomed to our culture. I actually despise the Filipino diaspora for not teaching their children PH languages.

Sabalenka in my opinion is no longer the favorite to defend her title at the US open, it's the TikTok curse, stop posting these videos and concentrate on your game.

Atmane is still one of the most underrated players on tour. His forehand firepower and abbreviated serve are insane. I need him to work on the mental and consistency and he will be a legitimate threat.

Sucks for Atmane he couldn’t defend his points from last year. Zverev is always a bad matchup for most guys on the tour, especially if they’re left handed.

All that to say - I will continue to support Alex Eala, but I will do it in a way that does not diminish her opponents, who will have to battle against her vocal, sometimes boorish, crowds in addition to the exceptional player she has become.

Some people have blocked me, which is totally fine. It makes me sad that I will never get to engage in respectful and intellectual tennis debate with them, but realistically that was never going to happen anyway, particularly the "intellectual" part.

Those who are targeting me with hate speech or calling me a racist - please keep it going, you are entitled to your opinion. I know who I am, and I am firm in my belief that tennis is a unique sport where people do not cheer during the points when the ball is in play.

People are still replying to a tweet I put up 6 days ago where I talked about the Filipino fans needing to learn the etiquette of watching tennis - should have specified that I am referring to some, not all, namely those who have been overly exuberant to the point of disruption.

When did asking fans to stay quiet during a point become “elitist”? The players are out there fighting alone in front of thousands of people. The least we can do is respect their concentration during the rally and cheer our hearts out after every point. 1/2
