Such an outpouring of love for Matt. I had the pleasure of knowing him. When, against all odds, we were trying to fight for #Yeovilladies to be accepted in @BarclaysWSL , he was one of the very few who took time to help and support.A man true to himself and his values. RIP Beardy

Thank you Stephen, the respect you have given here was most definitely mutual
It is a very valid point Andy which I too have been making this season. I am sorry to say he has not made the greatest career choices and needs to reevaluate… as does the Club.

Andrew Cotter is one of the most underrated commentators out there. Truly superb at everything he turns his hand to 👏🏻

Cotter and Irvine making a ‘challenging’ watch much more entertaining than it might otherwise be….🙌🏻🙌🏻🧡🏅
Your week in week out character assassination of Smith is boring and totally lacking in class. Yes he missed kicks but most other pundits credited his overall game. Why you have this obsessive need to put him down does you no favours as a journalist
Best wishes to Rhys for the future. I always enjoyed chatting to him about both football and the law.
Yeovil Town Football Club can confirm that Rhys Rosser has today stepped down as a Director. 📰
As the fans will be aware, Rhys has a number of other professional commitments and him stepping down allows him to focus on these.
Rhys has been of great support to the club over the period of transition and all at the club are very grateful to him.

Best wishes to you Sheridan. I hope it goes very well for you. You deserve every success.
📣 #BristolCity have appointed Sheridan Robins as Head of Communications.

Care to comment @SuellaBraverman ?
Disappointing from @SomersetCCC at a one day international to see this after a short sharp heavy downpour. Hardly going to impress the ECB to get more international cricket. Clearly a good use of money on a new irrigation system! A first class county and should do better
Congrats Matt, we always love you in Somerset- never forget your roots… especially if they are from little old Curry Rivel! I love @bbc5live … are you the new head of sport too???
Another defection…
After eight incredible years at The Times, including four years having the time of my life on Times Radio, I’m slightly stunned to be joining the amazing team at BBC Radio 5Live to launch a brand new daily politics show in the autumn.
It’s exactly 20 years since this Somerset boy arrived in London with his three A levels, 100 words per minute shorthand, vast collection of Elton John records and a dream. But I could never have dreamt that one day I’d make it to the actual BBC, and in a huge general election year too.

Regardless of any political stance, Andy Street is a good guy with integrity and transparency in my opinion. I hope he returns as he has much still to give in politics
Best wishes to you and your colleagues for the future, Rob. A really tough season for @TauntonTownFC and I hope that the club can move on from the off field challenges too and build again. The south west needs strong and progressing football teams.
Fair play to @pow_rebecca for attending and taking the justified flak for the chaos that is your Government for the final few months. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening with @MattChorley on excellent form and the audience swelled by his extended family!!
So @MattChorley takes the mick out of we politicians - but it’s an ingenious one man show; superb support in Tauntons @BrewhouseLive tonight;
All in good spirit;👏
@TimesRadio
As the sun sets on a very difficult season for @TauntonTownFC it is sad to see the departure of @RobDray1 . The manager is in the firing line if relegation happens but the off field situation has been very challenging this season. A fresh start and clear structures is needed.
A superb appointment of someone who really understands the business of football. I hope this may be the start of some off field stability in the coming weeks. All involved with @TauntonTownFC deserve that.
