Doing business in both US and the China, I keep noticing a fundamental difference in how businesses are built.
🇺🇸 America: Start with an idea, challenge the status quo, then find a way to make it real.
🇨🇳 China: Start with what already works, compete, improve, iterate, and eventually create something new.
Americans tend to innovate from ideas.
Chinese tend to innovate from execution.
My observation:
China’s approach may have a higher success rate.
America’s approach have a higher equity creation value/Market cap.
The best investors/entrepreneurs understand and leverage both.

Can an ordinary person with AI outperform a lawyer with 20 years of experience?
In some tasks, absolutely.
Lawyers, consultants, accountants, analysts—even doctors—built careers around access to specialized knowledge.
AI is destroying that advantage.
For the first time in history, intelligence is becoming widely accessible at near-zero marginal cost.
Knowledge is no longer the moat. Judgment, execution, and trust are.
The biggest disruption isn’t AI replacing professionals.
It’s ordinary people becoming capable of extraordinary work.

أعلنت شركة أمريكية ناشئة عن تقنية لتحويل الزئبق إلى ذهب باستخدام الاندماج النووي، مع إمكانية نظرية لإنتاج طنين سنويًا من مفاعل واحد.
أعادني الخبر إلى اليابان، حين أحدث استزراع اللؤلؤ ثورة غيّرت سوق اللؤلؤ الطبيعي وأثّرت على اقتصاد الخليج، ثم إلى الألماس المصنّع مخبريًا الذي أصبح ينافس الألماس الطبيعي ويضغط على أسعاره.
قد لا يحدث ذلك للذهب قريبًا، لكن التاريخ يثبت أن التكنولوجيا قادرة على إعادة تعريف الندرة، وتغيير قيمة ما اعتدنا اعتباره ثمينًا.
هل قيمة الذهب والألماس واللؤلؤ في ندرتها الطبيعية، أم في ثقة البشر بها؟

A lot of U.S. investors call Middle Eastern capital “dumb money.”
Much of the $20M seed we announced two weeks ago came from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
My experience? It’s the hardest capital to earn. And the highest ROI once you do.
Incredible hospitality. Warm people. Investors who will go to bat for you.
And most importantly, they have fuck-you money.
Dubai is our 2nd office after NYC HQ. We go every 2 months. It’s the center of global money movement.
The right Advice could make you millions or cost you millions !!
Someone reached out to me and shared that he has been building a business like Intro for 5 years now, but instead of focusing on the business category, he is focused on the music industry. He wanted my advice. We’ve never met, we’re not friends, etc. but he seems like a nice person.
I said yes, but we’d have to do it through @intro (my company) and I shared my link.
Crickets. No response. Usually people book me right away.
My guess is he wanted advice for free.
But guess what, that desire to save a little bit of money will potentially cost him millions in revenue.
Had he booked a session, I would have shared our playbook, in a personalized way that would work for his business. And I think he would have been able to make millions from that. Not a promise, but it’s happened a lot on Intro.
Ex: I helped a company who’s been working with me through Intro scale from $0-$12M ARR in less than a year. He’ll be at $30-$50M ARR in no time.
He could spend months or years “hoping” for someone to help him, or he can make it happen.
We did the hard work of getting access to the right people and convincing them to be a member of Intro so you can learn from them (strategy), share your product with them (GTM), network for the right talent (recruiting), and more.
All you have to do is use it. It’s that simple.

The biggest shift in AI isn’t better answers.
It’s AI that can act.
Today agents can already control computers:
click, type, browse, fill forms, research, book, update systems.
Next comes phones.
Then payments.
Then contracts.
Then agents managing other agents.
The internet was built for humans using software.
The next internet will be built for AI agents using software on our behalf.
AI → Agent → Computer control → Phone control → Financial authority → Autonomous companies.
